One day when Annabeth, Hazel, and Piper were looking through a book store, when they came across a book titled 'The Lightning Theif'. The book had Percy on the cover, so out of curiosity, they bought it, the four other books in the series, and the series that came after it. After reading through the the books, they realized some mortal named Rick Riordan had been spying on them since they were twelve.
