A week passed, and I couldn't stop thinking about Declan. I know that he almost killed my brother and he almost killed me, but I can't seem to get him off my mind. The way he touched me at Lisa's party, his smile that he used on me.This makes me a bad person, but behind that villainous act there's a kind, pure heart waiting to come out from under the dust. He may be cruel and viscous, and he could have killed Jordan but he didn't.
Jordan is well and healthy after the accident, he has been training with my dad, learning how to turn, in order to know what to do when there's a full moon. And lucky him it's been a full moon all week long.
My friends are trying to adjust to my new life, helping me in any way possible that they can. Aiden saw what he saw and I didn't have the chance to explain anything to him and he hasn't been speaking to me either. I screwed that up too.
As of me, Lione and Godric have been helping me to practice and become better and better. I've been pretty good, the three of us have been having fights against each other and neither of them stand a chance against me. I literally learned the whole book and now I was ready for the big ritual that was going to happen in two weeks.
I gotta say, I don't want to do this, giving up something you only had for a few weeks is not easy. I had been a witch my whole life yet never knew about it and now that I do, I'm not sure if I'm ready to give it up.
Soon all of the vampires, witches and werewolves were going to be normal humans again. Thanks to me. I don't even know if what I'm doing is right or wrong. I lost all meaning of them. I couldn't tell right from wrong anymore.

"Lione, I'm taking out the trash." I said as I opened the kitchen door with the garbage bag in my hand. It was a sunny saturday.
"Okay." He said. "And I'm going over to help Godric." He added. Over the past week Lione and Godric became good friends, they have so much in common, both are witches, both are in their late 20's.
"Okay." I said and smiled at him. He gave me a quick kiss on the forehead and left.
Jordan was hanging out with Evan and Aiden. And the girls were at home. I was alone all by myself.
I opened the trash can and threw in the garbage, I turned around when I heard a man's voice call my name.
"Excuse me, are you Mickayla Parker?" He asked.
"Yes." I nodded with confusion.
Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse he took out a gun and pointed at me.
"Woah, what are you doing?" I said raising my hands up in surrender and my voice breaking.
"I'm a werewolf, and I'm not gonna let you take that away from me." He said desperately.
"I'm giving you a normal life, I'm giving you a chance to be normal." I said trying to convince him.
"I don't want to be normal. I want to be a werewolf, you don't get it, people respect me, they are afraid of me, I'm special, I'm not gonna be normal, I refuse to become a boring normal human being." He was yelling at me.
"I'm sorr-" I was saying when I felt the warm blood coming out of my stomach and onto my hands. My vision was becoming blurry when I saw someone speed up to the man and snap his neck.
"You should have taken the boring normal human life when you had the chance." He said and smirked at me.
It was Declan, he saved me, this made things worse. I smiled at him and fell on my knees. He speeded up to me with worry in his eyes.
"Mickayla, Mickayla." He continued to say as he held me up and carried me into the house. I could see the dead werewolf laying in my backyard when Declan was bringing me in. He put me down and put my head on his lap, his eyes became red and the veins under his eyes popped out, and his fangs sinked into his wrist and he brought it close to my mouth and positioned it for me to drink.
"Drink, hurry. This will heal you." He said. I held his hand and started sucking the handsome man's blood.
I could already feel the wound healing. He was brushing his fingers through my hair and then down on my cheeks.
"I'm okay." I managed to say after drinking the blood.
"Good." He said with a smile that I had never seen on him in the short amount of time that I knew him. It was an honest, kind, pure smile.
I got up from his lap and our eyes met instantly. He was eyeing me up and down, looking at my eyes then down to my lips, then at my eyes again. He got closer to me and I felt his warm breath on my nose. He was gonna kiss me. He cupped my cheeks and just when our lips slightly touched I heard a familiar voice from the front door.
"Honey, we're home." The voice said. It was my mother.
The wind of Declan's speed messed up my hair and I was left alone on the ground with the desire to kiss the 347 year old handsome vampire.
"What are you doing on the floor?" My mother asked.
"I slipped." I answered quickly without even looking at her.
"Is someone out there?" She said and went to open the door to go outside.
I had completely forgotten about the dead werewolf outside and I didn't want her to find out about it. I quickly got up and rushed over to her but she was already outside.
"Huh, I thought I heard someone out here." She said and went back inside.
There was no one. No one. Not even the dead body. There was no sign of it, no sign of Declan, and definitely no sign of what happened here a few minutes ago.
