Evan's POV

I couldn't stop remembering, thousands and thousands of memories came crashing to me, moments from my past life were replaying right in front of my eyes. I started remembering people i never thought i knew. My friends, the other huntsmen, i saw them. The day i met them till the day i lost them.

I was locked in the Belmont's basement. I asked them to leave me alone there, nso i couldn't hurt them, and they couldn't see me get hurt.
I remembered Johna, he was one of the huntsmen, he was the toughest one between us, he died saving my life. He got his heart ripped out by a vampire.

There was Bobby, he was the funny one between us, always made us laugh even in the darkest of hours and even when we used to be in fights against the supernaturals, he always made jokes and succeeded in making us laugh even then.

Jack, was the quiet one, he didn't say much, but when it came to fighting, his skills said everything that was needed to be said.

Connor, was the sensitive one, he felt bad for the good vampires he killed, it affected him the most. But he was obliged to kill them, it was our job.

Brad was the relaxed one between us, he always had a drink in hand, but we never once saw him drunk, he was always sober, he knew his limit. He was also a womanizer, always brought girls to our house, where we used to live, all of us together. There were always noises coming from his room, and that meant that he had company... Every night. But when it came to fighting, he was focused more than anyone. I can say that he slept with half the vampires he had killed, well, the female ones.

As for me, i was the mastermind, always came up with the plans, how to attack, when to attack, i gave them all their positions. I was also the researcher, i tracked down the vampires and found where they were hiding.
I remembered everything. How every one of my friends, who i considered as my brothers died.

It was weird, suddenly knowing people you never thought you did. But there was still something missing. Someone missing.

There were seven of us. Five of us died, and two of us remained alive. But for some reason, i still couldn't remember where he went, or where he was now.

DeAndre. The other one who was alive. The other part of the map.
It was like the spell couldn't bring back that part of my memory, or was it because i didn't know where he went in the first place?

After remembering all this, i passed out. After what felt like an hour, i felt someone waking me up.

"Evan?"

I still couldn't open my eyes.

"Evan? Are you okay?"

It was Mickayla.

"Mick?" I asked, my voice still coming out a whisper.

"Yeah, hey." She said. I opened my eyes, and she was smiling widely at me.

"How? What? Is everything okay?" She hesitated before asking.

"Yeah." I said sitting up. "I just feel strange."

"Come on, let's get you upstairs." She said, lifting me up by my arm. We went up the stairs, where everyone was still there waiting for me.

"Evan! You're still you? Are you you?" Nina said running towards me amd pulling me in a hug.

"Yeah, I'm still me N." I said with a laugh.

"Oh you called me N, oh thank God." She said and hugged me once again.

"I'm okay guys, I'm still me im the same person, nothing's gonna change, i just know things now that i never thought I'd know." I said and they all nodded, sighing in relief.

Mickayla's POV

Now that Evan was okay. I got Declan's address from Godric and decided to go and settle things with him once and for all.

"Where are you going?" Collin appeared behind me as i was leaving the store.

"To go see Declan." I said after sighing. I didn't want to lie to him.

"How do you know where he is? Did he call you?" He asked surprised and hurt.

"No, Godric told me." I said and left.

"I'm coming with you." He said and exited after me.

"No Collin that's not a good idea." I said pushing him back.

"Why not? You're allowed to go see him and I'm not? He's my brother Mickayla."

"I know that! But if he sees the two of us,it's only gonna make things worse. At least this way he'll talk to one of us."

"Fine. Okay." He said and went back inside angrily.

I got in my car and drove off to the address i had on a piece of paper. I didn't have time to go after Collin. The important things was that Evan was fine and well, so i was relieved.

I only had one thing still bothering me on my mind, and that was to make things right with Declan.
I wanted him back, no matter what the cost.
