It was almost 5:00 pm and the sun was going down.

"I can't believe you're doing what she wants." Lione said.

"Not what she wants, what I want." I said.

I made my mother believe that I'll be doing the spell that she wants, but instead I was working on another spell that I was before with Godric's help.

We asked Nina and Andrea to watch the store for Godric like they did yesterday when we went to rescue Aiden. Who was now staying at our house. We don't know if my mother would try to kidnap him again. So, what better way to protect someone than having him stay with two witches, a witch/vampire and a werewolf.

But of course he told his parents he's crashing at Evan's.

"Hey." I said peeking in our guest room where Aiden was staying. He was wearing only jeans leaving his perfect body exposed.

"Hey." He said flashing his perfect set of teeth.

"We're leaving, are you gonna be okay?" I asked him with a smile.

"Are you still not gonna let me come?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Aiden you won't be safe there."

"What if I'm not safe here?"

"Okay, go to the store with Nina and Andrea. They'll keep you safe." I said sarcastically and winked at him.

He finally agreed with me and put on a shirt and we dropped him off there and made our way into the woods. Evan had to work today so he wasn't with us. That left me Lione, Godric, Tristan, Jordan and the guys.

"We're here." I said as we made it to the center of the forest where my mother and the rest of the members of the council were standing. My father was also there, he was out of town so I didn't see him yesterday.

"Mickayla." My dad said with an innocent tone in his voice.

"Dad!" I said and my attitude completely changed when I saw him.

"Hey kids." He said smiling happily at us and hugging both me a Jordan tightly. "I missed you kids."

"We missed you too dad!" Jordan said.

"That's very sweet, now can we get to business." My mother harshly said.

"Of course." I faked her a smile.

"No funny business like the last time." She said piercing through my eyes.

"Not at all." I gave her a genuine smile.

"Spiritus patris mei ostende nobis teipsum."

"What are you doing?" My mom said scared of my actions.

"What should have been done a long time ago." Lione answered before I could.

"Stop her." She ordered her 'friends'.

Two guys approached to try to stop me but Declan and Collin attacked them and bit them and finished them off by feeding on them. The expression on my mother's face was priceless it was the first time i've ever seen her so scared and clueless.

"Thank you for that." Declan said ironically.

"We were really hungry." Collin continued wiping the blood off the corner of his mouth.

"Spiritus patris mei ostende nobis teipsum." I repeated with more energy this time and yelling it louder.

The wind got stronger and a figure of a woman appeared from the dark.
