Connor woke up and was immediately excited. He felt like something was special today, besides the actual wedding of course. He felt something coming. And it didn't even scare him before.

He was so thankful for Troye. Since them meeting, Connors overall state of mind has gone up. He feels more confident in everything he does. He feels happier and healthier. Like there's actually something to look forward to everyday. Instead of just living through life as everyone wants. Troye brings out the best of him. And he never wants that to end.

Hey got up and got ready for the day. He took a shower, got dressed in his nice pants and cute button up, did his hair, and brushed his teeth. He packed anything he might need for the day into his backpack, got a quick snack as breakfast, and made his way out. As he was walking, he found himself listening to Troyes favorites on spotify. They really did have the same taste in music.

Once he got to Troyes house he knocked on their door and was soon greeted by Tyde.

"Heyyyy. Connor!!!" Connor chuckled. This boy was always hyper as f*ck.

"Hi Tyde. How are you."

"I'm good. You?"

"Really good right now thanks."

"He's in his bedroom. Probably trying to figure out how to button up a shirt." Connor laughed at this. Because it was probably true. As insanely smart Troye was, he could get stumped over the easiest things very easily.

"Probably. I'll go up there and check on him."

"Okay. We're leaving in about twenty minutes."

"Okay. I'll get him down here by then." Connor walked up to Troyes room and knocked on his door since it was closed and probably changing or something.

"Come in." He heard through the door. Sure enough, Troye was standing there with his his shirt un buttoned, fixing his hair in the mirror that he had in his room.

"Ohh. Hey Con." He said as he continued to fix his hair.

"Hey. You almost ready. Tyde says we're leaving soon."

"Yeah almost I just can't get my hair right today." He said as he ruffled his hand through his hair.

"Here. Let me try." Connor said as he walked over to Troye. He got up close to him and started to fix it how he knew Troye liked it. But he couldn't help but keep sneaking peeks at Troye. They were so close to each other right now, their chests almost touching. He could so easily lean forward a but and kiss him right here and now. What's stopping me? But he knew what the answer to that was. Friendship. He didn't want to do something to ruin their friendship in anyway. Although he had acted that way yesterday at lunch. So what was stopping them now when no one else could see?

Connor finished perfecting his friends quiff and turned him to look into the mirror at his hair.

"Wow. It's perfect." Troye said as he stared at his hair in the mirror.  Connor stood right behind him. "Thank you." Troye said as he turned around to look back at Connor. Connor could have sworn he felt sparks as he felt Troye hug him. He soon hugged back as he heard Troye say something. "I could stay right here all day." Connor smiled. So could I.

"What's stopping you?" Connor asked him.

"The fact that we have to leave in like 5 minutes. Ugh." Troye said. Still not budging from the spot they found themselves in.

"Well how about this. We go to the wedding. And visit the reception for a few minutes. And then come back here and enjoy the night. Okay? We're still missing school tomorrow right?"

"Yeah if you want. I'd like that."

"Good. Me too. Now. Come on. We've got to get going."

"Ugh." Troye said once again as they both pulled away from the hug, still holding each other by the waist. Neither actually letting go. Should I? It feels so right! I want to so bad.

Instead of kissing Troye on the lips like he's been wanting to for so long. But he didn't want to overwhelm either of them while they were walking out the door. He settled with letting go of Troyes waist and taking on if his hands in his own. Their hands fit together like puzzle missing pieces. Like it was something that Connor had been looking for and waiting for his whole life. He smiled back at Troye. And when Troye smiled back just as sincere, he felt so warm and cozy inside. Oh how he couldn't wait to get back here and actually tell Troye how he felt. He couldn't ignore it anymore. And even if Troye didn't feel the same way, he had to tell him what he was feeling. He needed Troye to know this.

Time skip because I'm too lazy to write the whole wedding and it feels irrelevant to me sorry not sorry.

The boys had both had maybe drank a couple glasses of wine at the wedding. So they were feeling just a bit tipsy. But not drunk enough to be oblivious to their actions. Just tipsy enough to give their brains a boost as to what was coming next. They had walked home, Troyes house only about a mine from the wedding. And now they were making their way up to Troyes room. Hand in hand. Like they enjoyed more than anything. So far atleast. They made their way into Troyes room and Connor went and laid down on Troyes floor, looking up at the ceiling. Troye decided to lay on the floor next to Connor in the same way. Once they were both there Connor took Troyes hand in his.

"I have a confession. And I don't want you to freak or hate me. I don't think I could live with that. Okay?"

"Connor unless you killed someone I love I don't think I could hate you."

"Okay. Here it goes...."
