Owen was barking orders at a few InGen men when Barry and Claire rushed inside the tech center; Zach was standing near Owen, but something about the look on Zach's face told Claire that Owen had argued with Zach.

"Is it clear?" barked Owen "We need to get a boat now!" he turned to look at a middle aged man from InGen "You!" he pointed at him "Go get me a boat now, we leave in an hour, you get me?"

"We can't leave without permission" explained a woman, she looked annoyed at Owen.

"Oh bad idea" thought Barry, as Owen turned to look at the woman.

"My sister is out there alone" barked Owen "I don't give a shit about permission I'm going to look for her and get her back here safely, am I clear? Now go get me a boat before this gets worse"

The woman glared at Owen, but the man that Owen had asked to go look for the boat rose from his seat and hurried out of the tech room to look for the boat; the last thing he wanted was for this epical raptor trainer to beat him to pulp because they let his sister die at Isla Tacaño.

"Barry" said Owen, he turned to Barry and Claire "You are coming with me, right?"

"Of course" answered Barry.

"Perfect" Owen turned to Claire "Claire, I need you here, I don't trust anyone in this place and I'm sure you can keep this people under control"

Claire hesitated, she wanted to go with Owen, but someone had to stay on the island to control the situation and if Barry was leaving with Owen, there was no one else Owen trusted more than he did Claire.

"Yes" she finally found herself answering, her clear eyes focused over Owen's stern expression that she knew hid a soul crushing fear of losing the person he loved the most.

"I'm going with you" said a smooth voice behind Owen; the older man turned around to face Zach, who was looking at Owen with a serious face.

"No you're not" he answered "You are gonna stay here with Claire until we come back"

"I'm going with you" barked Zach, he took a step forward.

"Stop it!" barked Claire, she marched towards Zach and Owen, stopping next to her boyfriend "You are staying here and that is final, I am not putting you in any more danger than you already put yourself by coming here"

"She's my girlfriend"

"She's my sister" barked Owen, "You are staying with Claire and that's that"

"You cant give me orders" barked Zach, he frowned and felt as his hands curled up into fists as he pictured Bea alone in the forest; worse of all he feared she was alone with Andrew, because Andrew reminded him of Hoskins and every single time Zach remembered the last time he saw Hoskins he felt his blood boil.

"The hell I can!" barked Owen.

"Listen to him!" barked Claire, she felt her jaw clench.

"Why? Because you two are older than me?" barked Zach "You two let loose that abomination that almost got everyone killed a year ago!" Zach felt his face get red from rage "I survived an attack by Charlie and Hoskins, I helped Bea get the power back on and I will not stay here sitting around until you come back with my girlfriend"

"And that's why I like this kid" smiled Barry, he was standing behind the arguing group with his arms folded over his chest and he was sure Owen was making a universal effort not to punch Zach into his senses.

"Listen to me!" barked Claire, Zach tore his eyes from Owen and looked at his aunt, his eyes not softening at all. "I can't let you leave this place, your mother would kill me, not to mention that I can't dare put you in any kind of danger" Claire's eyes pleaded with Zach, but the young man had made his decision.

"I'm not staying, Claire" said Zach, he turned to Owen "You're taking me with you"

"Bea will murder me if I let you come" hissed Owen "You are staying and that's final"

"Look, man" said Zach, taking in all the courage he had because to be honest Owen intimidated him to the core "You are big and bossy and quite frankly very intimidating but you can't talk me out of this, Bea is here because this is important to her, I'm going because she is important to me"

Owen opened his mouth to argue back but was cut short by Barry, the man Owen had instructed to get the boat was back and Barry had been talking to him while Owen and Claire tried to argue with Zach; but Barry knew better, he knew Zach wasn't going to back down and to be honest he had been waiting for Zach to stand up for himself for a while.

"Owen" spoke Barry, Owen glanced over his shoulder and at the sight of the man from InGen he turned around completely, Claire and Zach still staring at each other with smoke coming out of their heads with anger.

"You got the boat?" barked Owen, he hadn't noticed that his hands had curled up into fists as he had been arguing with Bea's boyfriend. "Why couldn't she just stay single forever? Why couldn't she just stay 12 forever?" thought Owen as a flashback of preteen Bea hit him hard in the heart.

"Yes sir" said the man "Captain says it will be ready in an hour"

"Perfect" said Owen "You two are coming with me" he turned to the woman that had snapped at him and pointed at her "You Miss Permission, take Claire to the control panels where Karen and Vivian work, she's in control now"

Owen noticed the woman made an effort not to hurl the folder she was holding at Owen, instead she stood up and marched out the tech room, Claire glanced at Zach and then turned to Owen.

"Be careful" she whispered, she pulled Owen into a tight hug "Keep him safe" and with that she marched out the tech room and after Miss Permission.

Owen took a deep breath and turned on the ball of his feet, Zach was staring back at him "Get ready Romeo"

"My name is Zach" barked Zach, Barry tightened his lips into a thin line to avoid chuckling, he knew it was a serious situation with Bea missing but this fight between Owen and Zach was long overdue.

Owen glared at Zach and without a word marched out of the tech room to get his things to leave for his sister; because frankly if he stayed in that room any longer he would end up murdering Zach.

"How did she end up hooking up with this kid?" Owen barked at himself as he slammed the room of the tech room behind him "I should have stopped that flirting the moment he got in that damn car, but noooo I had to let him touch her and seduce her, Jesus Christ what did I do to deserve all of this?" Owen marched towards his bungalow as he took a deep breath and concentrated on getting Bea back to him safely "Focus on Bea, she's all that matters, all that has always mattered" he whispered to himself.
