{Lights POV}
I walked through the gates. I was a senior now which to me meant absolutely nothing. I don't care about ruling the school or traumatising kids by being an asshole. I just wanna ace my finals and get into university so my life can begin.
Honestly the hype behind being the big kids in the school is completely pointless, why should we act better because we're older. It's not like we can order freshmen around like minions. We don't fucking employ them.
I walked at a slow pace with my hands stuffed in my pockets, my back straight and my head held high. It never hurts to look confident because if they know you are they won't bother to take the piss out of you.
Across the yard from me was the local group of dickheads and assholes. They were in an extremely wonky circle surrounding a raven haired kid with a back you could rest a cup on. This kid had serious posture issues.
I heard a few people shout "Freak" at the ghostly pale boy and others shout "Go back to the slums!" The kid looked trampy to say the least, he was deathly pale and skinny giving the impression he had never saw daylight. His clothes hung off of him, wrinkled and worn out. His eyes were rimmed with black, obvious signs of sleep deprivation and his hair was jet black and disheveled.
"Hey freak? Where's your mom and dad? Did they abandon you cause you're so hideous?" One kid insulted. The others laughed hysterically until the kid cleared his throat and spoke up.
"My parents never abandoned me, I may be an orphan but they sure as hell didn't leave me to rot." The raven retorted. "What then? Aw wait did they die?" One kid asked in a sarcastically sympathetic tone.
"Yes they did." The skinny boy said bluntly. The group fell silent. How exactly could they come back from that?
The boy dismissed himself and left in order to go to class. I continued to walk finding I had stopped in order to watch the group of idiots.
I passed through the halls and to my locker, opening it, closing it you know all that fun stuff.
"Hello?" I heard a monotone voice call from behind me. I spun on my heal and saw the slouched boy before me. His eyes were like staring into a black hole; massive and drawing you in. "Uhh yes?" I asked obviously confused. The boy scratched the back of his neck.
"Do you have physics first?" I did indeed. "Uh yeah." I told him and he asked if I would walk with him. Fine by me.
You see this kid has went through my kindergarten, elementary school, middle school and high school yet I didn't know a thing about him. Not even his name.
We got to physics and I sat in my assigned seat next to Eren Jaeger. He seemed like a nice kid. But an angry one at that.
Raven boy sat by Ciel who honestly looked like he wanted to murder the whole class.
The whole lesson I felt his eyes burning into the back of my head. He was watching me with his black orbs. Scanning me, testing me...
