Emma pov:
When the sky turned dark the kids went to bed. I put Brooke down and let Henry watch her. I walked outside and sat in the garden staring at the stars. I waited for quite some time and then I heard a rustle near the bush. You wouldn't have noticed it if you weren't looking for someone but I saw him. He might have been able to hide himself but not those bright blue eyes that reflect the stars. I pretended to act a little clueless, Henry and I had come up with a plan to make him kiss me. I walked over to the bushes
"Hello"
He straightened himself and looked at me
"Hello my lady"
"Why don't you come sit down over here with me"
"Excuse me but I don't believe you know why I'm here"
"I do know"
"Well would you care to explain then"
"I sent the letter"
"Excuse me lass but who gave you the right to send that letter"
"Don't worry, I found the letter on Bealfires desk. He meant to send this letter but he put it off year after year. And I'm sorry to say that he has passed"
"My condolences, did you know him well"
"I think we both knew him well"
"When did he pass"
"I'm not quite sure we weren't together when it happened"
"I see, so he was your only love"
"I guess you could say that"
"You intrigue me, you send a letter and ask me to talk but all you wanted to tell me was that Bealfire has died, you could've written that in a letter. "
"Well now I'm glad I didn't write, I liked meeting you"
I got up and walked to the edge of the garden. I was being flirty, and I know my story didn't completely make sense but I knew how to get him. After all I'm his type. He followed me and grabbed my wrist.
"You still haven't told me your name love"
"I know"
"Well you know who I am isn't it only fair I know the lovely lady who I am talking to"
"I didn't think that mattered to you"
"Don't believe everything you hear"
I flirted with him for a little bit more and honestly it was cute to see him trying to win me over again. I sat down on a bench and he sat next to me. I stared in his eyes trying not to get lost. He cupped my chin and I didn't pull away. He pulled me into a kiss which was strong until he abruptly pulled away.
