Chapter 4

When I woke up the next morning, our hotel room was filled with balloons and birthday streamers. I immediately knew that it was Sade that had decorated our room while I was asleep. "Sade," I said in my morning voice. "What?" she asked me. "Did you do this?" I asked knowing the answer. "Do what?" she asked like she didn't know what I was talking about. "You know what." I said. I guess she decided to open her eyes when she said, "OMG!! Alivia!! Why would decorate our room for your own birthday?" "I didn't and if you didn't than who did?" I asked. "I don't know, Liv." I was too excited to meet my sister to worry about those silly streamers any longer. We decided to get up and dressed before we went to the meet up. I got dressed in a plain white shirt with cheetah print leggings and my brown Ugg boots. Dee got dressed in her plain neon green shirt with pants with a neon green design on them with black Ugg boots. When we were about to leave, I heard a knock at our door. I opened the door to see who it was and all I saw was a birthday card. It read: Dear mystery girl, It was nice running into you last night. I don't know who you are, but I know you're not Em. Even though my brother thinks so. It's actually quite sad that he can't even tell his girlfriend apart from her look-alike! To be honest, I don't think that you two look that much alike at all. Oh, by the way, did you like what I did to your room last night? I was amazed that you guys didn't even wake up! I hope I see you today at the meet up. Oh, by the way, most importantly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! Sincerely, mystery boy. Hmm... That's weird... "DEE!!! Come look at this!!" I shouted. "What? What is it??" she asked in panic. "Read this." "See Liv, I told you that I wasn't the one who did this." "Who do you think it is?" I asked demanding an answer right away. "Well... Who is Emmaleigh's boyfriend?" she asked me. "Ethan Dolan." I replied. "Ok. And who is his brother?" she asked again. "Grayson Dolan." I answered the question. "Ok then it obviously must be him." she said. "Ok then, how did he know what hotel we are staying at, what room we are in, and most importantly, HOW DID HE GET A KEY!!??" "I don't know Liv, but how did he know that it was your birthday?" she asked kindly. "Well I don't know, but maybe it's because it's Emmaleigh's birthday and I look exactly like her; therefore, we must be twins, so we would have the same birthday." I said kind of sassy. "Ok, ok, calm down, Liv, I was just wondering." she said. "Ok let's just go I'm too excited." I said back to her. We got in the car and drove to where the meet up was being held. When we got there, we got into the line for the Dolan twins and Emmaleigh Blakely.

Emmaleigh's POV:

I looked out to the line to see how many people were here to see the twins and I. You'll never guess who I saw in the line: someone who looked EXACTLY like me!! I nudged Gray, "Do you see that girl?!" I asked him in shock. "Oh ya, I've seen her before what about her?" "What do you mean WHAT ABOUT HER?!?!" I asked him like how does he not know what I'm talking about!? "She looks EXACTLY like me!!!" I continued, this time I was mad. "And what do you mean you've seen her before?!" "I mean I've seen her before. It's kind of self explanatory." Grayson replied. "I know what that means. I just meant where have you seen her before?" I demanded an answer as our meet up started. "Can't talk now, our meet up is starting. Sorry, Em. I'll explain it all later." So he knows? How can he know this girl? After about ten people, she was coming up closer and closer to me in line. She was next in line, but she first went up to the twins. She hugged Grayson and got a picture with Ethan. I heard her tell Gray, "Hey thanks for decorating my hotel room and the birthday card. I really appreciate it." "No problem." I heard Grayson reply. "What is she talking about, Grey?" Eth asked. "Don't worry about it, bro." What?! Does he really know this girl? She was coming up to me and gave me a note then hugged me. I wanted to wait until after the meet up to read this note and get things strait with Grayson. Oh great, now I can't wait for the meet up to be over. When the meet up was over, I went straight over to Grayson and demanded an answer, "So tell me EVERYTHING!!!!" "Ok calm down, Em. So Eth and I were out walking last night and saw her. Eth thought it was you and I tried to tell her it wasn't you but he wouldn't listen. Also, last night I went to her and her friend's hotel room and decorated it for her birthday, which is obviously today. Anything else?" he asked. "Ya, just one more tiny thing. WHY DIDN'T YOU BOTHER TO TELL ME!?!?" I was beyond mad, I was furious!!! "Because I wasn't exactly for sure it wasn't you because you never said anything about having a twin before, did you?" "No because I obviously didn't know I had one!!" I said a little more calmly. "Well that would explain it then, wouldn't it??" Asked Gray. "No, not exactly. At least, not yet." I said. "Well why not?" Ethan asked butting in to our conversation. "Because she gave me this." I explained showing them the note. "She said it would explain everything." "WELL THEN WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?! READ IT!!!" The twins yelled at the same time. "Ok, ok, I will." I said. When I opened up the note, it read: Well, first off, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! And second off I guess you must be wondering who I am. I am wondering the same thing about you. I am Alivia Rose McIntosh from Texas. Well I guess I don't need to tell how old I am or when my birthday is because we obviously have the same birthday and are the same age. Anyway, if you want to talk more, I am staying at Paradise Inn on 6th street in room 203 on the third floor. I will be staying for about another week. Feel free to come bye whenever you're not busy. Feel free to contact me, my number is (123)-456-7890. See you soon! ~Alivia. I guess my jaw had dropped at some point when I was reading that note because I could feel my mouth starting to get dry. "What?!" Gray said ending the silence. "I don't know. I'll let you know tomorrow after I go see her." I said sorta confused. I guess that's it. I'm going to see her tomorrow and there's nothing you can do to stop me. Oh boy, I can't wait until tomorrow.
