Finding Emmaleigh Blakely

Chapter 19

Grayson's POV

I woke up this morning without my alarm going off which means that it is Saturday. "The dance!" I remembered out loud. Eth and I are kinda the last minute type, so as you may have guessed it, we haven't gotten our tuxes yet. I was wondering how we were going to pick up our dates. I mean, we could pick them up at the same time then get group pictures then separate pictures. On the other hand, that might be a bit awkward or embarrassing. I don't know, but I'll probably text Alivia about it later today. I got in the shower before Ethan for once in my life. Since he was older, he has always gotten to do everything first, but luckily he likes to sleep in on the weekends. When I got out, Ethan had been ready to get in, after that we were going to buy our tuxes. Alivia's dress is going to be white, so I was going to get a white corsage. Emmaleigh's dress is going to be blue, so Ethan has to get a blue corsage. When Ethan got out of the shower, we got in the car and our mom took us to the mall. We went in, got our tuxes and corsages, payed, and left. I don't know about you, but I don't enjoy shopping all that much. I wanted to get out of there. We both had haircut appointments later that afternoon before the dance starts at 7:00 pm.  I am really excited about tonight though.

Autumn's POV

Tonight is the dance and I am super excited. I am going with my boyfriend, Cameron. I am wearing a purple dress and I made sure that I did not have the same color dress as Emmaleigh or Alivia. Because to be honest, if it was, I would have to burn it. I know that sounds pretty extreme but desperate times call for desperate measures. I look at my phone and the time says that it is already 5:00! Wow! Time really does fly when you're having fun, but I don't recall having that much fun. I better get ready now. I decide to go for the smokey eye look because I am pretty sure that Liv and Em don't know how to do that. Let's be honest, they have learned all of their makeup skills from me and I'm 99.99% sure that I have not taught them that one yet. When my makeup was done, I curled my hair with my favorite curling iron that does bouncy curls. Then, I slipped my dress on and my shoes and I was done.

Alivia's POV

It was already 5:00 and I need to get ready for the dance. Grayson just texted me and asked if it was ok for him and Ethan to come together and I said sure because Cameron is coming anyway. I needed to do my makeup first I decided to go with the winged eyeliner look that Autumn taught me. What would I do if I didn't have her in my life? I couldn't even imagine a life without a big sister like her. I decided to straiten my hair because it is naturally curly and I think that I am ready for a change. I have always been so jealous of Emmaleigh because she has naturally strait hair and I have curly hair. I always love it when I straiten my hair it makes me feel like my hair is not so poofy.  Now all I have to do is slip on my shoes and my dress and I'm good to go. 

Emmaleigh's POV

I was about ready to go into the bathroom to get ready for the dance when Alivia came out of it. Man, did she look beautiful or what? I put on some makeup I didn't do anything that special, though because I'm just not that type of person. Now, I have to curl my hair because It is naturally strait. I have always been so jealous of Alivia because she has beautiful curly hair. Why would she want to straiten it? Mine was just really plain and strait. Now all I need to do is slip on my dress and shoes and I am on my way!

Stacy (Mom's) POV

The dance starts in about an hour, so the girls' dates should be here soon for pictures before the dance. I was fine with the girls all having boyfriends especially since they are all guys I like. I got my camera and the backdrop all set up when the girls' dates had just then arrived. "Hi guys. Come on in. The girls will be out in a moment. We will do couple pictures then group pictures if you don't mind." I explained to them. "No, of course we don't mind, Mrs. B." Said Cameron. I liked him because he is a sweet guy. The girls came down stairs and they looked beautiful. "Wow." I hear all three of the guys say in unison. Then we took pictures: Cameron and Autumn; Alivia and Grayson; Emmaleigh and Ethan; Group; Alivia, Grayson, Emmaleigh, and Ethan (Twin group shot). Now we got in the car on the way to the dance.
