31) revenge is a bitch

SAMANTHA'S POV

"Great. Your an ass! Why is everyone a dick lately?!? God! Ya know, I liked you. Truly. But, here's the sad part. For you. I know your history." I yell at Brady who stands there dumbfounded. "You wouldn't." He snarled back. "Here's a secret. Revenge is a bitch." I spat at Brady who now looks just like he acts, like an ass. Walking away, I grab Amanda's hand,taking her to school.

Later at school

"Hey! You okay? You've zoned out.....like all day." Mack says coming from behind my locker. "Oh, you know. The usual. Your brother is a dick. Thinking of revenge." I say in a bored manner. "No! Don't say that!" She screamed at me. "Look, he told everyone that we went 'all the way'. Plus, things I don't want to talk about. I know things. I'll go there. You know me. You know him. I'm not asking you to chose sides. But, are you with me or against me?" I slam the locker shut.      " I....I..... I don't know. I was told....and then.......he said....." She mumbled. "Some best friend you are!" I scream at her. Walking away I think of the perfect revenge..........

Riley's pov

I hate him. He promised me. He is a jackass. Honestly, I'm not mad. Just hurt. When this project started I didn't expect this much drama. School seams to have passed quickly today. But then it's time for life development. Quickly I rush to my seat, awaiting the teachers arrival. "Riley, will you please talk to me?" A male voice,I thought I loved, pleas. "There's nothing to talk about,Lucas. I've said all I need to say. But, apparently you have not. So, you have until Ms.Lippy starts class." An innocent statement. Or so I thought. "I love you. I cheated and will never forgive myself. Right now, I feel like my heart is slowly tearing in two without you. Please. Let's fix this." Lucas once again plead-now on the verge of tears. Without thinking I said "Revenge is a bitch,huh?" Leaving Lucas with a shocked look on his face-the teacher and little kids entered the room. I quickly got up to claim my children,feeling good about myself for the first time in days.
Revenge. Huh? Feels good.
