A/N:
This one is set back in the day where everything was all hush hush and confusing but it was pretty obvious what was really going on, so I wanted to play on that a bit and make it fun. Enjoy!

Alfie's POV

"Wow!"
"This place is amazing!"
"It's huge!"
"Oh my god!"
Exclamations similar to this came from all around the 8 bedroom villa - more like mansion - from the friends I would be living with for the next week.

Marcus, Naomi, Jim, Tanya, Louise, Louis, Zoë and I had flown over to Canada for a 'YouTuber Getaway' as we liked to call it and we had met Joey and Tyler, who had flown in from the US, at the airport so they could join us.

It was so nice to think that I would be spending the next week with some of my favourite people. Although we get to meet up at events and parties there are always cameras everywhere and so many people, so we'd decided to book a week away together in an amazing resort in the Canadian mountains with a strict no camera, no YouTube policy - only for personal photos and videos. I'd been counting down the days for this week for months now.

After we'd checked out the villa and all of its amazing facilities and rooms - including a games room, a swimming pool and free WiFi - we all met back in the living room for room assignments. Jim had taken it upon himself to organise who was staying where and who with, so he cleared his throat and began to list off our sleeping arrangements.

"Okay, so, Tanya and I will take the double bedroom on the top floor on the left hand side and Marcus and Naomi will have the double bedroom on the ground floor." Jim called out and Marcus and Naomi - who have been together for about 8 months now - grabbed their luggage and set off for their room.

"Louise, your room is the double in the middle of the top floor and Louis your room is the single on the right hand side of the top floor" Louise and Louis took a hold of their bags and went upstairs to their rooms.

"Joey, your room is the one just over there" Jim said pointing to the single room right near the kitchen on the ground floor.

"Awesome, won't need to go far for a drink." Joey made us all laugh as he took his things and skipped off to the bedroom he'd been assigned to.

That left myself, Zoë and Tyler.

"Right, you three have the middle floor rooms, Zoë yours is the double in the middle and boys you have the singles either side. Alright, we'll all meet back here at 5 to talk about dinner" Jim smirked at me cheekily before grabbing his and Tanya's suitcases and joining her on their way to their room.

"Righteo almost roomies, lets get on up to our rooms" Tyler grinned. I couldn't help but laugh at his excitement, Tyler's happiness is contagious.

Before she could move to get her luggage I stopped Zoë and picked up her suitcase and bag as well as my own. She'd had a tough flight today with her anxiety playing up and I just wanted to see her rest so she would be better for the morning.

"Thank you Alf" she smiled softly at me, knowing fully well my intentions were to help her feel better.

"It's fine little one, you just relax and rest. I'll take care of your unpacking and stuff." As we reached the first floor I walked straight to Zoë's room and put her luggage in it, setting mine to the side.

"Ya'll are so cute" Tyler gushed, going into his full swing Zalfie mode, "why don't you just admit you're like totally in love with each other already" he whined.

I smirked slightly but tried to cover it up as I turned to him and rolled my eyes, "See you at 5 Tyler" I said in a playful tone before shutting the door and chuckling slightly at the faint "DUBYYEEEE" I heard from down the hallway.
