A/N:

Okay, so I'm really not sure where I'm going to go with this one. I want make it super cute as I know a few of my most supportive readers have been looking forward to this one, but forgive me if it rambles or doesn't meet up to your expectations! I'll try as hard as I can to make this as realistic and perfect as possible!
Thanks for all your lovely comments and votes, and for all your support. It genuinely makes me so happy. Enjoy!

A single white rose perched perfectly in the middle of about a dozen pink lilies (her favourites).

That bouquet sat elegantly in the centre of a beautiful vase, coated with diamonds and shaped as a heart, it's glimmer sparkling each time the light hit it, casting the rose's shadow up onto the pine panelled ceiling.

That vase occupied the entirety of a exquisite vintage end table, it's design so gorgeous you could hardly take your eyes of it as it held it's place in the centre of the room.

Staring at the display was peaceful, filled your heart with warmth and your head with your fondest memories, but when you panned out from the centre of the large ballroom.. It was complete chaos.

"Pop I can't hang this side unless you hold your side properly!"

"How many times have I told you Sean?! I can't hold my side of the bunting properly until you hang your side up!"

"Maddie the balloons are all different sizes, you can't have them like that!"

"Tracey where's all the food?"

"I told you to take care of it!"

"Joe! Get down from there you're ripping the pictures!"

"Jim! Jim? Jim!"

"Okay who's got my keys? Somebody own up!"

"Oh my god this is all going wrong! He's relying on us Mark and we won't be done in time"

"Haha look at my new hat"

"JOE!"

There were people everywhere. People running, people on ladders, people arguing, people laughing, people crying, people fussing. People all working together for two particular people, one of which was completely oblivious to everything that evening was to hold.

"I'm glad we came down here today" Zoe smiled up at Alfie. Their fingers were intertwined, their arms swinging gently between them, as they walked along the beach.

"Yeah, me too" Alfie took a piece of candy floss in his mouth and lowered the stick to Zoe so that she could take a piece too. "Hey, I planned something for us tonight. I hope you don't mind" Alfie quickly glanced at Zoe, his heart rate picking up a little as he thought of what was to come.

"Really? You're never usually this romantic!"

"I just wanted to do something special" Alfie shrugged.

"Well I can't wait" Zoe smiled and lent up on her tip toes to place a gentle kiss on Alfie's cheek.

The bunting was hung, the flowers set out, the candles prepared and the petals boxed and ready to be spread.

"Oh god! Look at that, they looks so young!" Tracey smiled, pointing at a picture of Zoe and Alfie when they first became close friends back in 2011.

Amanda smiled. "I remember the first time she came to visit us, I could just tell there was going to be more than just a friendship between those two."
