A/N:
So as you can probably tell by the title, this one shot idea was suggested by one of you, as was the one previous to this (Mumma's Boy). I actually really enjoy taking requests from you and bringing them to life, whether its a full story idea, a certain character you want to be introduced or even just a word of inspiration, I love getting input from you, the readers of my stories to make them fresh and exciting and new. So please, if you have any inspiration for me for future one shots - big or small - just let me know by leaving a comment? It would be a great help!

Okay! On with the show...

Alfie's POV:

She giggled and leant against my arm, throwing her head back and clapping at the sarcastic remark I'd just made, making me smile.

"You're hilarious" she giggled, settling herself down and smiling at me, then gently removing her head from my arm and straightening up.

"So are you ready to get back?" I asked, chuckling slightly myself, not at my own joke, but just at her and her amazing sense of humour.

Before I could even move she grabbed the boosted board from my arms and jumped on it, shooting off way into the distance. I scrambled to my feet and hopped onto the other boosted board, desperately trying to catch her up, non-stop laughing at how much fun she was having, arms up in the air, hair blowing in the wind, hooting and hailing as she sped along the path.

I laughed, calling her name.

"Rochelle!"

1 hour later - 'The Zalfie Pad'

Rochelle and I had just finished up filming a yoga video for her channel (at least we'd attempted to) and now we were laid out on the floor of the living room, sprawled out like starfish, chatting about the randomest of things - dogs, rain, talent shows, YouTube, relationships, houses, even cutlery.

"Yeah I totally get it" Rochelle replied to me enthusiastically from her position over the other side of the living room to me.

Just as I was about to reply to her I heard the front door open and close, and the little pitter-patter of feet coming down the hallway and towards the living room.

"Alf?" A voice called out.

"Living room!" I called back, hardly hiding the grin that had appeared on my face.

The footsteps got closer until a smiling figure appeared in the doorway.

"Hey" I smiled at her, she grinned at me and began to move to walk over.

"Hey!" Rochelle beamed, sitting up and staring at Zoe excitedly.

The look on Zoe's face instantly changed. For those who don't know her, it wasn't even noticeable. She still held the same smile, the same posture, she rushed over to hug Rochelle and complemented her hair, and then she turned to me and gave me an all to quick kiss before turning around and walking out of the room, claiming she had stuff to do in her office. But I know her. I know my Zoe, and something changed within her when she walked through that doorway.

Not long after Zoe came home did Rochelle leave, popping in to chat with Zoe quickly and say goodbye before I escorted her to the front door and waved her off. As soon as I shut the front door and locked it for the night I made my way down the hallway and straight into Zoe's office. She sat there, swamped by the huge chair she sat in, her eyes fixed on the blank computer screen, her bottom lip curled into her mouth and her leg bobbing. Even when I cleared my throat and stepped into the room, she didn't move.

"Zo?" I asked, moving closer to her. "Zo? Are you okay?" I asked her, now touching her shoulder. My heart broke a little as she flinched and shrugged my hand away, something she had never done before, and then curled up in the chair facing away from me.
