Alfie's POV
I rolled onto my side and leant my chin on my palm, my weight resting on my elbow. According to the clock beside me it was 7:22am, a time in the morning I usually don't see, but I got a good nights sleep last night and this morning I just couldn't sleep in. It's not often that I wake up early enough to see the sight before me right now. Usually I will wake up way after the sight has passed, but this morning I find myself staring at the most beautiful sight, my eyes so reluctant to look away I don't even try to argue.
The soft pink, sky blue, milk white and golden colours fill my eyesight and the lingering smell practically makes me drool. The sight before me is still, as if it's frozen in time specifically for me so I can take note of each individual detail and commit it to memory. It's perfect.
She lies there in front of me, her beautiful naked body wrapped up in the white sheets of the bed we share. Her golden hair falls perfectly around her face and flows around her onto her pillow in a naturally beautiful way that most models would envy. Her eyes are closed, but I've stared into those gorgeous baby blues for so long I can just imagine them open, staring at me with their wide, smiling, sparking glow I know is reserved only for me. Her rosebud pink lips are pursed into a half smile, something many could find weird, but I think it makes her 20 x more beautiful because I know that I am partly a reason of that pretty little smile. Her milky white skin, disappearing beneath the duvet, almost taunting me with its look of 'come and get it' perfection forces me to reach out my finger and begin to draw soft patterns on her more than soft skin.
Zoë Sugg was perfect to me. She was the most amazing sight no matter when or where we are, or what she was wearing. No matter what, she'll always be better than watching a sunrise, a sunset, or even a shooting star, because I love her, and she loves me, and because she - and our love - is beautiful.
As I watch her eyes slowly begin to open and her smile grow as she takes in my naked torso, messy hair and lovingly focused face I feel my stomach flutter - which is something I will never tell anyone but Zoë. She is the only one who can make me feel this way, like a little school kid with a big crush, or a teenager who's found their first love. No matter how old we get, no matter how far our story goes, whenever I see her smile and her gorgeous eyes sparkle I will always feel this way.
"Morning Gorgeous" she hummed, wrapping her arms around my neck and sliding her fingers into my hair. Our legs intertwined under the sheets and my hand slid down from her back to grip her waist.
"Hey baby" I smiled at her and gently placed my lips on hers for a sweet, lingering kiss. "Did you sleep well?" I asked, nudging our noses against one another.
"I did. What were you thinking about when I woke up? You seemed pretty deep in thought." Zoë played with the hair at the top of my neck.
"I was just watching you. I don't get to wake up before you often, but whenever I do I love to just watch you sleep and think about how lucky I am to have such a beautiful girlfriend" I smiled and pecked her lips.
Zoë smiled and rolled on top of me, bringing the covers around us so that we were in our own little cocoon, just Zoë and I, away from the rest of the world for a little while.
"I love you" she smiled at me. It still gave my heart a speed up pill when she told me that. I couldn't help but stroke the hair away from her face and kiss her cute nose.
"I love you too".
Later that day...
"I'll catch you later when something exciting happens" I smiled into my vlogging camera before turning it off and putting it on the coffee table in front of me.
