Chapter 1
=============================
My name's Sara Bennett, I'm 17 years old and I'm in my last year of high school. My parents Marie and David threatened me with the usual 'this is my last chance at an ordinary public high school'.
I've got one chance to turn my life around, and I need to do that this year before I graduate. Reason being; my parents are rich. They've got some money for me that I can have once I'm 18, it's something like a trust fund, but I'm not going to be allowed to have it unless I turn myself around. Before you start thinking I'm a stuck up person that treats everyone badly because my family have money, your wrong.
My parents didn't always have money, we used to live in the worst part of town, and I never had any descent clothes or anything like that. My parents got lucky on a sale of a house, that's why we've got money. You see, my dad is an architect, and does designs for houses and maybe even a skyscraper soon, and my mum is his partner in business. My mum designs gardens and things like that, so they work together.
They recently designed this massive house for this couple in the area - the mayor or something - and because that was so big and everyone loved it, business has started rising for them. They've got jobs all over the place, even worldwide!
With my parents out of town a lot, I got bored. They were never really home to deal with me and my life, it felt like they were always too interested on the next client and never interested in there only daughter. It makes me sick.
The last 6 months, I was in Juvie Hall. It really wasn't my fault! I was at a party, and I just happened to get completely drunk out of my face and I drove home. Being caught was the last thing I wanted.
I tried telling the Judge that it really wasn't my fault that I broke a lamp post, it shouldn't have just been put there, I mean, who put's a lamp post on the corner of a road? Seriously?
Anyways, they weren't feeling so lenient with me this time, and I had to spend 6 months in Juvie, It was actually okay. I met the most interesting people while I was there; it was a communal Juvie hall. To be completely truthful, I didn't want to leave. I made some really great friends there!
Rochelle, well, what can I say about her? She should have been my sister! We are so alike it's unreal; she comes out of Juvie in a week. Rochelle was put in Juvie for 4 months due to constant speeding fines. She was slightly taller than my 5ft5 and had curly brown hair and ivory skin. Everyone would be jealous of her cause she is just pure perfection. Rochelle gave me her phone number before I left so that we could get in contact again once she's out. She came in whilst I was there, she hasn't really got that much left to go so I should be seeing her soon.
Another is Marcus an there is only one word that can describe him - Godlike. Marcus is the dangerous type, but he's got a sensitive side too. Anyone would kill to be his girlfriend. I would kill to be his girlfriend! I mean, we had a little thing going on whilst I was there, but nothing serious.
There has always been something dark about Marcus, sometimes he just seems so old fashioned it's scary, His dark brown eyes looked they could go on for miles when you really looked into them, Marcus is about 6"2 and simply mean looking! Very broad shoulders and well definded abs. He looked like a beast but really, he is a puppy.
Marcus was probably one of my best friends in Juvie, whenever we had our social time he was always there with me. Marcus is like the little leader of our Juvie group, he helped me through a lot of my past, it's not something I like to talk about, but no matter what happened, he was always there to look after me.
I really can't wait to see them again. I miss them so much already!
Tomorrow is a new day, and I have to start a new high school (yet again). My parents left early this morning due to a business trip, they said it was going to last them a week, and they wouldn't be back until Saturday night, so I've got to deal with school and everything all by myself whilst they're gone. Of course that makes it all easier for me, no parents following my every move.
