You opened one eye, squinting at the blinding sunlight. You got up to close the blinds until a warm, strong arm wrapped around your waist, preventing you to do so. "Hey...We're getting married today...", Makoto smiled, eyes still closed. His voice was raspy and low, just the way you liked it. "You gotta go soon, you know.", you reminded. Makoto had to leave so he wouldn't see you in the dress, many said it was bad luck for the marriage. "I know. I'm leaving in a few minutes. I just wanted to spend these last moments as your fiance.", he slowly rose up and walked into the closet, changing. He gave me a kiss and left to go to Haru's.
You walked downstairs, heading to the kitchen to make pancakes. Before you could reach the kitchen, you heard someone knock on the door. "(Y/N)? It's Kou!", a muffled voice came from the other side of the door. You rushed to the door and opened it, "You're just in time, I'm making pancakes for breakfast." "Uwah! (Y/N)'s pancakes are the best!"
After a healthy breakfast, you and Gou began painting each others nails. "What color do you want, (Y/N)?", Kou asked you. You pondered for a moment, "A glittery white, please! I want it to match my gown.", you finally said. She rummaged through my collection of nail polishes. She finally found it and shook it violently. She gestured to give her my hand and I followed he command. She started to put the beautiful, shimmery white on my nails. "So, you nervous?", Gou asked, still concentrating on your hands. "Y-yes. Of course. Who wouldn't be nervous on their wedding day?", you asked, averting your eyes elsewhere. Gou parted her attention from your hands to your eyes, "Hey, you'll be fine alright? I can tell Makoto-senpai really, really loves you. It's the way he holds you or looks at you. It seems like you're the only girl in the world who helps him survive.", Gou assured you, gently squeezing your bicep. You nodded and exhaled, this was going to be a long day...
After drying your nails, Gou did your hair. She braided it and put it into a elegant bun at the back of your head. "It's beautiful. Thank you so much, Kou-san.", you hugged her. "It's not a big deal, (Y/N)! You're my best friend. I'd do anything for you!" "Even date Nagisa?" "EVERYTHING EXCEPT THAT!"
Finally, the moment you've been waiting for has arrived, make up. Makoto hates it when you were makeup, but this time he let it slide to make you happy. Gou lightly brushed a tan shadow on your eyelids and blended it with a fluffy brush. "Hmm! Your eyelashes are so long, (Y/N)! I envy them!", Gou whined as she was putting on your mascara. You chuckled, "Having long eyelashes may be fun, but it gets in the way when you're applying liquid eyeliner!" (A/N: OKAY WHO ELSE HAS THIS PROBLEM TOO CUZ I DO) Gou giggled, "You ready to get dressed? We have about 25 minutes before we head to the church." You nodded your head and got your gown from your closet.
The dress was so...princess-like and you loved it. You loved how fluffy it was, you loved the intricate beading design, and most of all, you loved how you looked in it. You wanted to keep this dress on forever. Gou zipped up your dress and you zipped up hers. A loud knock on the door was heard, "(Y/N)-chan! (Y/N)-chan! You better hide! Mako-chan is coming!", you heard Nagisa's voice from the other side of the door. You looked at Gou and hid in a closet. You heard the front door open, "Makoto-senpai, you know that looking at your bride before the wedding is bad luck!", Gou yelled. "Gomen, goemn. I just want to talk to (Y/N) really quick. I need to make sure that she's ready to marry me.", Makoto said. "Well, she's hiding in that closet down the hall. DO NOT OPEN IT", Gou shouted. "(Y/N)-chan?", Makoto's soft voice called. "Mako-kun?", you called back. "Are you really sure you want to marry me?" "Mako-kun, I've never been so sure in my entire life." You heard Makoto release a sigh of relief. "Okay. I'm good.", he called out to Nagisa, "I'll meet you at the church, my love."
The giant door stood in front of you. Haru, your brother, was walking you down the aisle, since your dad passed away from cancer years before. "Hey, just so you know, if dad were still here, he'd be proud of you...", Haru said. Your heart started racing. The doors slowly opened, revealing the many guests you invited. You linked arms with your twin brother and walked slowly towards Makoto and the priest....
"I do.", Makoto stated proudly. "With the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride", the priest yelled towards the crowd. Makoto's large hands lunged at my face, hastily bringing me into a warm, passionate kiss. "I love you. So, so much.", the male said between kisses. "I love you, too. Don't ever forget that"
