I looked at the black clock on my wall that read 2:15 AM. I was hesitating to call Haven because it's late and I know she'll be pissed.

As of right now I don't really have a choice because I won't be able to sleep until I get this off my mind.

I stared at my call log for the next couple of minutes until I finally pressed her name and put the phone to my ear.

Here goes nothing....

It rang two more times before she picked up.

"You better be dying or in some type of trouble to be calling me at some 2:30 in the morning, Rayan Lopez." She said in her sleepy voice.

"Well i'm not dying but I am in trouble."

I heard rustling in the background so I figured she decided to sit up.

She sighed and then started to speak. "Alright, what's on your mind?" In more of a life like tone.

"Let's say that you have this crush on someone, but that someone is in a relationship with a certain someone but you can't do anything about it because you're not a homewrecker and you respect their relationship but no matter how much you try, you can't seem to get them out of your head?"

I took a huge breath from talking so fast and then let it out slowly.

"Woah! First, you need to breathe. Second, if you're not a homewrecker then you shouldn't do anything about it because their together so she'll only see you as a friend no matter what."

"But what if you know that the certain someone isn't any good and feel like the other person deserves better?"

Jaden is a real hot head, if you get him to his point then that's it..

"Then she's going to think that you're invading their privacy and might also think that you're trying to sabotage their relationship. In situations like these the only thing you could do is sit back and watch everything fall into place. You have no control whatsoever."

Damn, Haven's right. I couldn't do anything about it because then i'd make things bad and that's not what I want.

I don't want to push her away and ruin our friendship.

Then again, it's not what I want right?

"You're right. Damn, thanks Have (Hey've), that helped a lot."

"What are best friends for, right? I'll see you tomorrow, you are going aren't you?"

"Where?"

"We're doing a group outing to the restaurant '33' in Disneyland to welcome home Lyric and Ki."

"Sounds fun, i'm game."

"Alright, I'll see you around 11:30ish then?"

"Alright Lopez, goodnight."

"Goodnight Haves..."

I started to hang up until Haven spoke again.

"Oh and Lopez? It's okay, Lyric will come around. Just give her some time."

I heard the line click and then the dial tone.

I sat there completely dumbfounded for a minute.

"She knows me too well." I muttered to myself before falling asleep.

I woke up the next morning from the weirdest dream ever, I shook it off as I looked at my phone seeing messages and IG notifications.
