Here I am, sitting at this table in front of this big square window with so much inspiration walking by. I sat with my legs crossed, tapping my foot rapidly against the leg of the table as I chewed nervously on the pen that I held in my hand. I tried writing lyrics to my next hit but with my mind racing I don't even think it's possible at the moment.

Confetti hit the number one spot on the Pop Billboards in less than a month and sold ten thousand copies in the first week it was released. It feels great to finally get the recognition of something that you're passionate about. Without my Dreamers, my family, or friends, none of this would even be possible.

"Would you like another cup of coffee?" The waitress asked me.

      I shook my head.

"I'm fine, i'll just have the bill." I smiled.

The waitress nodded and walked away, returning shortly with a black book and set it down on the table.

I took out my wallet and slid some cash into the pocket of the black book and closed it, setting it aside for when the waitress comes back around. I looked at my phone and sighed.

I shouldn't even be here right now, I was supposed to be at the studio working on a song but I decided to come here instead. There's a lot on my mind and I just needed to talk to someone, anyone for that matter. My head is pounding with all the thoughts and questions that are running through my mind, I just had to get away, even away from Rayan. I couldn't deal with him so I left.

  "Hey, sorry i'm late."

"It's okay, I'm just glad you came."

I got up and hugged Kiara.

We sat back down and she gave me a worried look. I looked away and cleared my throat.

  "How are you?" I smiled.

"I'm fine, just a little tired and pregnant." She replied.

We shared a little laugh and then I sniffed.

"How's Craig? Is he doing okay?" I asked.

"Oh yeah, he's fine." She said in an assuring voice. "He's really excited about the baby, just yesterday he came home with bags full of baby clothes, bottles, toys, diapers, everything you can imagine! I thought he was going crazy for a second." We laughed.

"That's Craig alright, he thinks he has to go the extra mile for everything. He's going to be a great father, I'm so happy for you guys." She smiled and rubbed her little baby bump.

"How are you and Rayan?" She asked.

I rolled my eyes and sighed.

"We could be doing better." I said, "We got into another argument the other day."

I started explaining to her what happened:

After crying for about ten minutes in the car, I actually got the courage to start the car up and drive back home.

When I pulled up to the house I saw Rayan outside sitting on the porch waiting for me. He got up from his seat and came to greet me with hugs and kisses. I didn't want him to notice anything wrong with me so I faked a smile and act like nothing happened. He helped me with the groceries and took them into the house, placing them on the counter. I closed the door and walked to the kitchen and set my keys down on the table and started helping him put the groceries away.
