And I sit there
Watching it all through and through and through
I sing to myself
I sigh
There's nothing left to do
And I sit there
Watching the sun turn into the moon
The stars blink through the night
As the brightness turns to black
Another chapter's done
The book read by its cover, again
Another story gone by
Untold
The pages blown away by the wind,
Stuck to the doors
The sand rustles underneath my feet
Speaking of the unknown to me
The sky is darkening, the nights a shadow
Hinting of thunder, hidden in the gallows
And the ghost of the trees
Starts to whisper in my ear
The sagas of the lost
Recounted by the countless tears
Another story gone by
Untold
The pages blown away by the wind
Stuck to the doors
