There were times when we fought
There were times when we cried
But we ourselves were only
The ones who wiped
The tears off each others face
We always used to keep on saying
I'm always there for you
Whenever you need me
I'll be right by you
We told everything
To one another
Never hid anything
Never hurt the other
I called you my best friend
You called me your angel
You said we were soulmates
And god could never repeat this sweet mistake again
And then one day
The truth hits me
I come to know
Its not me who's your best friend but she
It hurt me more than anything could
It hurt so much I swear
But as the tear tank was all dried up
I didn't have any tears to spare
But don't worry my angel
Because for me you'll always be
The one I chose from all the rest
