Christine's P.O.V

"RED FAILED!" The administrator yelled over the speakers.

The boys grouped together and cheered, my team, groaned in defeat.

We made our way back to base, anything but happy.

We ate dinner, my dad tried to say things to give me encouragement before him and the team left to go to a battle.

Soon we were all sitting down in the med-bay, scattered around the room talking about things.

"This is the fifth battle we've lost in a row." Blake said and we all groaned.

"Well, on the upside, Halloween is technically in a few hours." Aussie said, looking at her phone, and got a few nods.

"I don't really celebrate Halloween. I really see no point in it." Allie said getting a glare from the others.

"YOU WHAT?!" Blake yelled in surprise and Allie shrugged.

"But it's my favorite time of the y-" Aussie started and then her phone lit up and she looked at it. "OH MY GOD! YOU GUYS! GUYS! THE WALKING DEAD SEASON FIVE WAS JUST PUT ON NETFLIX! OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!" And Aussie scream this type of stuff for a few minutes strait, the whole team staring at her like she's crazy, but we all know she's just a fangirl.

"You guys just keep doin' whateva' ya doin'. I'm goin' on patrol or somethin', I don't know I just need to think." I said before walking to the door, Aussie still fangirling in the background.

"Okay, just be careful." Hilda said before I grabbed my sweat shirt off the hook and ran into the cold desert night.

As I made my way down the trail, I thought I saw a light... Or something.

I turned and looked to see a white glowing rectangle in the middle of nowhere.

I started to approach the glowing form and as I did, the white light grew brighter and brighter, bright to the point where I had to use my arm to shield my eyes from the blinding light.

"What the hell..." I trailed off, the light engulfing everything.

When the brightness toned down a little, I removed my hand and found myself in a completely different place.

the room was all white with high ceilings and had a window towards the top with a group of people in lab coats looking in.

"Where am I?!" I yelled up to the people, instead of getting an answer the people in the window all they did was scribble notes down.

"W-where am I?!" I asked again, my stress levels quickly growing.

Again, all the people in the window did was scribble down more notes.

I saw a metal door and I walked over to make an attempt to open it. As expected, it was locked but that didn't stop me from trying to get out.

"HELP ME! GET ME OUT OF HERE! I DON'T KNOW WHERE I AM! SOMEONE HELP!" I said, violently throwing myself into the door in a desperate attempt to escape.

I kept screaming for help and throwing myself into the door, the only action anyone was taking was writing down notes.

And I threw myself into the door, hit my head and snapped awake in a bed.

I looked around, this wasn't the base and the room I'm in is small and lit by a fireplace.

I sat up, covered in tears and sweat from the nightmare. "Huh?" I said alone in this room.

"Oh, good, you're awake." A familiar girl with a deer scull on her head said walking in with a plate of cookies and a glass of water.

"Mera?" I asked her as she placed the tray down on the side table next to me.
