Christine's P.O.V

We just got back from the multi-team meeting and it was around 10:00 pm. Tomorrow at 7:00pm would be our first battle. Funny how organized a war could be. I was with Alli and I heard a voice calling me in a hushed voice.

"Christine, Alli, get over here. You gotta see this." It was Blake. Alli and I followed her to the back of the base and climbed on top of a small dead tree. "Look." She said still in a hushed voice and passed me over a pair of binoculars.

"Third window to the right, second floor." Blake said. I was kind of curious to why she would tell me to look there because it was one of the bathrooms. Then I started to regret seeing what she wanted me to look at.

What I saw was Sasha starting to strip off her clothes. I quickly passed the binoculars back to Blake once she started takig off her bra and looked away. "What is it?" Alli asked. "Sasha's getting changed." I replied.

"Blake, you've been a lesbian this whole time?" I asked in a little bit of surprise. "Yea, you got a problem with that?" She asked/replied, still looking through the binoculars. "I knew it!" Alli said. "Uh, no I don't have a problem with that. Who else knows 'bout it?" I said.

"Almost everyone I know. Of course it didn't go over well with most my family. I got a little depressed and chopped all my hair off. It blew over though shortly after after my mom threatened the rest of my family that she'd slit everyone's throats in their sleep if they didn't leave the topic alone any longer." Blake said. "Oh god. Is your mother always like that." I asked. "Yep" Blake replied.

"Well, I'm tired and I don't wanna get in trouble. Goodnight." Alli said and I started to feel tired myself so I went up to my room.

My bedroom was originally simple bedroom with lavender walls littered with boxes of my stuff that I sent over from Boston. Now, it had desk with my laptop, posters, the door is covered with random stuff, a full-sized bed with black covers, a bunch of clothes in my closet and my baseball stuff in a random corner.

I closed my curtains and then went to bed and closed my eyes. The dream I had was... different. There was fire every were and Hilda was standing in front of me. Hilda had a look of utter devastation and tears on her face. "You vere right." Was all she said and then my dream ended.

-The next day, 6:48pm.-

I sat in Dad's room on his bed with just him. I decided to come up with him to have some father-daughter time before my first battle. He was mainly giving me advise and it was very helpful because we are both members of the same class.

There is a tradition that before our first battle we get given small item, usually something you wear, never a weapon, that belongs to someone close to you. It is supposed to be a good luck charm and it also happens to be good luck if you win your first battle so the two traditions go hand-in-hand with each other.

"Here, dis will keep ya' safe." Dad said. He then took off his dog tags and put them around my neck and then gave me a hug. "Remember, you're gonna be fine and you're gonna win. For me. Okay?". I nodded my head. "I love you." He said in the middle of the hug. "I love you too." He kissed me goodbye and I opened the door to leave. "Hey." My dad called. "Yea?" "Stay safe. Or well, at least try." He said.

Belle's P.O.V

I am laying in my bed alone thinking about what is going to happen. I was pretty confident because I have spent my life training for this type of combat. All of a sudden a random figure appeared out of know were no to far from were I was laying.
