This morning the team had to wake up at three a.m. in order to get the plane from Texas to Albany. We then rode up here in one of three rental cars. I'm so excited because my family is coming and also my freinds' families.

I step out of the car into the cold air. I was instantly reminded of how much I hate the cold, but it is a nice break from the hellish desert. "I hate this. I hate this. I hate this!" Aussie says on repeat to no one in particular.

"Not a fan o' da cold I see." I say to her. "Na really?" Aussie says with heavy sarcasm, which I laugh at. "Are you kidding? I love dis! Almost feels like summer in Motha Russia!" Sasha says with the biggest smile ever, Aussie and I couldn't help but laugh.

Sasha has only a black, light coat with fur around the hood, black bear paw boots and a  black bomber hat with white fur.

Aussie on the other hand, is wearing a huge white parka, white bomber hat, white snow pants, white gloves, a white scarf, ski goggles and white snow boots. She literally walked onto Khol's looking for the warmest things she could find.

"I can't wait to see my family after all this time." Sasha says. "Tell me about it." Aussie replies. "Speaking o' family, looks like someone's hea." I say as another car pulls up. "I think it's my family." Aussie said as she looked at the back SUV.

"Does anyone else think it's a little odd that a black SUV puled up. I mean when ever that happens in movies, it's never good." Blake said as she walked up to us. "Well, we're not in a movie, are we?" Aussie said in that 'Are you stupid?' tone of voice that she over uses.

The people in the car got out of the car, all of them dressed exactly like Aussie, if not wearing more, they were even wearing all white snow gear. The smallest of these people ran up to us and spoke to us in a muffled voice like Bleep.

"Wait a sec, let me help." Aussie said and bent down to adjust the scarf so we could hear what the little Australian girl could say. "G'day!" Is all she said. "Is that all? G'day and that's it, not even your name or how much you missed me?" Aussie said to the little girl.

"Name's Rudy! And no, I didn't really miss you that much. Ya know if I missed ya I could always call ya." Rudy said to her older sister and we all bursted out laughing hysterically.

"Ya little-" Aussie started but was cut off by a woman dressed similarly to the two sisters. "'Ello Mum!" Aussie said and hugged. "Who are ya little friends here?" Aussie's mother said and looked at Sasha, Blake and I.

"Oh, these are two of my team mates. This is Sasha, this is Blake and this is Christine." Aussie introduced and we greeted. "Hey Mum, I'm gonna go look for sleeping bears!" Rudy yelled off in the distance. "Oh my god! Rudy!" Aussie's mom yelled as she ran off for her daughter.

"What y'all up to?" Alli said as she walked up to us. "Oh not much, just met Aussie's mom and little sister." I said to my red-headed Texan friend. "Can y'all believe this. I mean, look at the size of this place." Alli said and our attention was turned to the mansion-sized house behind us.

"Yea, well it will have a huge amount of people in it." Aussie said. "Yea, but still." Alli said and just then another car pulled up behind us. "Looks like my family!" Sasha said excitedly after taking a glance at the car.
