Hilda's P.O.V

The Battle just ended a few minutes ago and now Christine and I are now walking back to our ride back to base. We talk to each other about ourselves to pass the time.

"So where in Germany do you come from?" Christine asked. "Stuttgart, it's a city in southwest Germany. Vhat about you, New York?" I asked curious of where she comes from. "No, God no. I'm from Bawston. What about your mom? Christine asked/replied and I stopped in my tracks.

"I don't have a mom. I asked my dad vhy but he never really told me vhy. All he tells me is zat she wanted me but zat's it. I know it hurts for him to talk about it but I need to know. He did get married to voman but she moved out. She vas nice at first but eventually she just randomly decided to hate me and so now I zink she's a vitch. (Not a B**ch guys, witch. Learn your accents) I honeztly hope she burns in hell one day." I said wondering about hers.

"Yea, I know the feelin', I don't have a mom either. I've asked my dad before but he says that he'll tell me when I'm older. It pisses me off, I'm old enough to know!" Christine said and I giggled a bit. "Has he had 'ze talk' vith you yet?" I asked with as I looked down to meet her eyes. "No but I'm still old enough!"

"Vell not in his eyes you're not!" I said and giggled a bit more and Christine sighed. "I want my dad ta get a girlfriend though, I always wanted a mom." Christine said a little gloomy. "I don't really care if my dad getz married or not az long az the Fraulein is nice." I said. Cristine looked up to me. "Ya' know, I feel the same way." She said looking into my eyes and at my soul.

Just then, Aussie ran up. "Christine, leave I need to talk to Hilda." She said somewhat rudely.

"Iz it really necizary that Christine leaves?" I ask seeing if Aussie thought it was that important. "Yea, she's the youngest and can't yet handle this type of information." Aussie said and I knew it had to something big.

"What?! I'm so totally old enough! I'm only a yea younga' dan ya'!" Christine yelled, heavy with her city accent. "Chriztine. Please. Let me talk to Aussie. It might be important." I told her and she sighed and wandered off toward Alli and Blake.

"Vhat iz it?" I asked concerned, it has to be important. "I need to tell ya' that the otha teams planin' to attack. I heard it at the meetin' lost night. She said, concerned."I zeriously doubt zat the other team vill attack any time zoon but ve'll keep our eyez open. Vhy did Chriztine have to leave for you to tell me zis?" I asked, curious. "The sheila reminds me too much of Nick." Aussie replied.

"I underztand. But zat doezn't mean that you zould reject her." I said trying to convince Aussie to not reject her. "What eva'!" Was all she said and walked off.

-12:30am, RED Base-

We are now back home. We're sitting in a circle, passing around the two medi-guns that are now plugged into ceiling to heal their battle wounds and chatting. The room got quiet when Edwin walked in.

Edwin's full name is Edwin Henry Pauling and he sixteen years old, like me. (I didn't make him available for Christine because it would be awkward for her to date a boy who could possibly end up as her step-brother. He is Miss Pauling's son if you didn't notice). He is skinny, tall with dirty blonde hair, freckles and wears geek glasses. As a person he is smart, responsible and witty. I must admit though, I do have a bit of a crush on him.

"Edvin, it'z pazt midnight, shouldn't you be at home?" Dad asked, I wondered the same thing and everyone else probably did too.

"Oh, yea I got the supplies you needed and my mother said that it was okay and she is also is outside in the car, waiting for me. I also stopped by to check out the new team." Edwin said as he took a glance around the room.
