Wedding Day

Finally the most important day of our lives is here.

We all got ready for the afternoon. I was in the room checking myself out in the mirror. Was wearing a white custom made tux. Light powder blue vest and all. Was looking and smelling hella good.

The door opened turned my head smiled as I saw mom looking beautiful as always.

"Looking handsome mija." Mom smiled. She walked up to me. Held out a necklace.

"Dad's necklace." I gasp

"Something old." Mom smile.

"Ralph's first born he should have it." I said.

"True but yo father also said whoever gets married first should have it." Mom said. I smiled. She put it around my neck.

I checked it out smiling I looked at mom.

"Thank you for everything mami, I love you so much." I smiled

"I love you too." Mom smiled we hugged each other.
Then we head to the beach. I saw my best friend of 26 years my best man Jamie. Checked each other out.

"Proud of you, girl I love you." He smirk.

"Thanks and I love you too." I smiled. We hugged

Then I walked down the aisle shook hands with rev.simms. stood beside him. Saw close family and friends.

Than the wedding began. The maids and grooms walked down Khali Ralph and dodz were my grooms men. Half, Eva and liyah were Mar's braids maids.

Then Khali grabbed the mic.

"May we all rise." Rev.simms said. Everyone stood up. My eyes lit up as I saw Mar.

Khali began singing a song he made for us. Mar was being walked down the aisle by her father. She was wearing a beautiful elegant white dress with touches of powder blue.

I smiled all big, eyes getting watery. Hers too, Khali was singing the hell out of his song.

He finished as Mar made it to me.

"You may be seated." Rev smiled. They sat down.

"Who gives this woman to be wed?" He ask

"I do." Joe ans smiling. He gave Mar a kiss on her forehead. Gave me her hand. He went and sat down next to his wife.

"You look amazing love." I mouth to Mar smiling.

Rev said some things.

"Maria and Kournell prepared their own vows, can we have rings please." He said. We turned, Liyah gave Mar the ring. I looked at Jamie as I saw him feeling around for the ring.

I smack my lips as I said "dude."

"Relax, I have it." He smirk. He gave me the ring. Had faced Mar.
"Koy...ever since I first met you I knew there was something bout you that made me wanna get to know you better, when I wasn't ready you waited for me took your time, made me fall even more in love with you I love everything about you how you make me feel safe protected loved, you became the key to my heart... I promise to love, cherish you never forsake you I promise to stay by you til the ends of time, I love you forever Koy." Mar smiled as she slid the ring on my finger.

I sniff softly and smile

"Mar, for so long I never thought I would find anyone like you, love like this...you changed me for the better, stayed with me through so many things you showed me there is true love, you never gave up on me never let me stop fighting, I fell so much in love with you I began seeing life so different...baby you are my heart and only you should have it, I promise to love you, support you cherish, never forsake you always do right til the ends of time, I love you Mar ever and ever." I slid the ring on her finger.
