Mar was leaning up in the bed, I was standing next to her. Watching nurse Ericka clean and weigh our baby. We was anxious to know what we have a boy...a girl.

Than Nurse Ericka wrapped our baby up in a blanket and walked on over to up to us. She smile

"Say hello to your healthy baby boy."

Our eyes lit up, as we smiled. She gave Mar our newborn son. Mar held him, he began to coo at her.

"Hey baby Ahmad." She smiled. She looked at me and said "here's your other mommy." She hand me our son.

I held him in my arms. I smiled all big tears of joy coming down my face.

"Welcome to the world, Ahmad." I said. He stared and coo at me.

"Our son..." I looked at Mar, "our son." I cont

"Our son's finally here...I love you forever Koy." Mar smile tears in her eyes.

"I love you Mar, ever and ever." I smiled I lean towards her we kissed.

After a long while, we were in a different room. I was sitting on the bed next to Mar, Mar was holding our son as she lean against my chest. We both staring at Ahmad.

He was holding Mar's pinky as he coo at us.

"He has your smile, love." I smiled.

"And your eyes, slanted like yours." Mar smiled.

Then there was a knock on the door, we looked up. Saw mom and them.

"Hey mommies." They smiled as they came in the room.

"Heyy." We smile.

They stood around the bed. Mar looked around and saw Benji.

"Come here Beni." Mar smiled.

He walked around to me, I lift him up and sat him on my lap.

"Say hi to your baby brother Ahmad." Mar smiled.

My brothers Raphael and Khali eyes lit up, looked at me as they heard Mar and I named our son after our father. I smiled as they smiled.

"Hey baby Ahmad." Benji said as he held his hand, rubbed them. He kissed Mar on her cheek and lean back on me and stared at his baby brother.
Ms.Helen took a picture of us.
They all took turns holding Ahmad. Than it was Jamie's turn.
He held him and ask "what's his full name?"

Mar and I looked at each other than at him.

"Ahmad Jamieson Davids-Gonvelez." Mar ans.

Jamie nod his head as he said "Ahmad Jay..."

We chuckled as he realize what Mar said. He looked at us.

"We want you to be our son's godfather." I smiled.

His eyes lit up as he smile "me?"
We nod our heads. He chuckled softly as he looked at his godson. Smiling cooing at him as he rock him.

We choose Jamie because he can teach our son to be a real man like him. Jamie has always been a hard ass dude, rarely shows his emotions always stayed hard. And rarely stayed with a woman, so having him be our son's godfather will be just the thing to soften him up give him someone to really love.
And seeing my best friend smiling so big made us feel so happy.

After a long while everyone was heading on out. I was holding Ahmad. Benji held onto Mar.

"Aww I don't wanna leave you." Benji said.

"I know baby, but I gotta rest now...we'll be home soon." Mar said

"Promise?" Benji said holding his up his pinky. Mar locked hers with his

"Give me one." Mar smiled. He kissed her she kissed back and hugged him again.
He came and hugged me

"See you son." I smile. Mom held his hand.

"You can help me get your brother's room ready." She said. They left on out.

I walked around, Mar kissed Ahmad's forehead I laid him gently in his bed. Kissed him and smiled as he smack his lips as he slept.

Mar grabbed a hold of my hand, I looked at her. She nod her head as she smile "hold me."

I took my sneakers off and climb on the bed, slid my legs under the blanket, Mar lean on my chest fixed the blanket. I wrapped my arms around and held her.
We French kissed and watched our son sleep. Than we fell asleep.

Two hours later

Nurse Ericka came in to check on us and Ahmad. She smiled at us, had spread out a warm blanket over us. Mar woke up saw her. She looked at Mar.

"Thank you." Mar softly said.
"Welcome." Ericka smiled. She dim the lights and left closing the door. Mar went back to sleep.
