As it turns out, Helena doesn't have any lady things because she doesn't have periods anymore. So Josh has to go buy me some and at the same time, he buys a microwavable toy dinosaur for me to help with the precoming cramps. He says he's an expert on the pain a girl goes through due to his girlfriend being explicit about it. The dinosaur is cute and I name him Jeremy.

Then we get home. Josh warms Jeremy up for me while I change into some pyjamas and turn Netflix on. When Josh comes to hand me Jeremy, he says he's leaving to go pick up Nathan and Ethan who are still at school and then he's staying out with his girlfriend who is experiencing some pain. Thankfully, the boys should be back anytime soon.

Not even 5 minutes later, Tom is through the door, shouting about his arrival. I don't have the confidence to reply. I snuggle up to Jeremy a little more and focus back onto Netflix.

I'm scared. I'm scared the lady will make me stay in hospital because I can't eat. I am eating. I'm eating a little more everyday. They've got to understand what happened. I didn't want to be a walking skeleton, Dad starved me to look like this. Someone has to understand that.

The cramps start happening around an hour later, when everyone but Luke and Harry are back. Zack had visited me but I wasn't in the talking mood so he left pretty quickly.

I felt like my uterus was shredding itself. There was a bomb going off every 30 seconds. I wanted to cry. I deserve this pain, though. I'm killing someone so it's the least that they could do. I deserve every ounce of pain right now. I wouldn't be surprised if Luke hated me right now. I hate me right now.

Phoebe will hate me most if I ever tell her. She is so against abortion. I am not sure she'd understand why I had to have it. But like I said, she doesn't have to know.

Jeremy goes cold before Luke knocks on my bedroom door. He was still in his college attire and looked like he has just walked through the door.

"You seem cosy? What's up? Are you feeling okay?" He puts his school bag down beside my bed. I close my laptop and move it to the side so he can sit down beside me. He doesn't sit, he lies behind me and wraps his arms around me.

"Belly hurts." I mumbled.

"Understandable. How was your first day?" I felt a little warmer in his arms but the pain was still there.

"Okay, I guess. Made a few friends so it could have been worse." I yawned and winced a little at a cramp.

"Really? That's a good start. What do you think of comprehensive school then?" He chuckled a little.

"Too many people. That school screams murder."

"You'll be okay there. I'm pretty sure no one was murdered there. I survived 5 years."

"Yeah?" I yawned again.

"Sleep if you want. Dinner isn't for another hour." Luke yawns too.

"What if someone walks in?" I ask, a little scared to explain the situation. I'm finally comfortable here and I don't hate Helena anymore. I don't think I can move somewhere else. No one should find out about us being like this.

"That's a good point. Want me to put an alarm on?" He offered.

"Yes, please." He turns one on that should go off in an hour. Then we sleep.

The alarm wakes us up just as Robert is shouting upstairs that dinner is ready.
