Fourteen

After seeing his father walk past he decided to lead Sage back up to the house. He knew that if his father was called into that room it was very important and they didn't need to hear it. He led her through the house and up to their rooms. Hrvpaisef before moving.
"Do you want to be alone?" He asked her.
" No. Will you sit with me a while?" She asked him.
He followed her into her room and was shocked to see that it was almost the same set up as his. Her bed was the same king sized on on a black wooden frame. The bed was covered in deep red silk sheets and covers. The floor held a deep red rug and the curtains were black. The walls were the same deep red as his and he smiled. Her dressers were in different spots throughout the room. Her closet was opposite his and their bathrooms butted up against each other. He liked that they were so close.
"Why me? Why did I have to get stuck with this burden? Don't get me wrong, I love knowing who my father is. I love knowing that I am what I am. I love knowing you. But why did my mother have to not be my mother. I keep asking myself if I was kidnapped as a baby or something. How can I possibly be Mary's daughter if she never gave birth to me? Then I see my father in some kind of attack and it has me worried. What if this happened because of me? What if I will only bring pain to those I love? How can I look at myself and see a happy woman when all I've known since I have been here is sorrow." She said looking at him, "The only happiness I've felt since being here is when I am with you. When you kiss me. When you hold me. When you speak to me. That's the happiness I've felt. I've felt it because of you."
He was stunned. What should he say to her? Howbcpuld he comfort her?
"I may have been born into a family who had it all together. I may be a prince and next in line for the throne but I can't change that. Since I met you, my world is lit up with light I didn't know about. You've woken me up and I see its beauty." He said as he sat down beside her on the bed. "All I know right now is I want you. Bad."
"I want you too." She whispers and pulls him down to kiss him.
As soon as her lips touched his, his body lit up. He pulled her to him and kissed her with a pission he was not aware he had. The longer she held him the closer he got to loosing control. He laid her back on the bed and pulled back to look at her. She looked sexy as hell. He smiled and kissed her again as he took her braid out of her hair. He then began working on the buttons on the front of her shirt. As soon as he was about to remove it. She froze.
He pulled back, "What is it?"
"I... I've never..." She stutters.
"Never made love?" She nods. "It's alright neither have I."

Beth had been about to knock on Sages door but stopped when she heard them talking. She smiled and walked away. Her son had finally found his mate. She was happy. She walked back to the nursery where Bianca was changing the twins and smiled.
"That was fast." Bianca said.
" They... Sage and Wade were... Oh never mind." She sighed.
" They were bumping uglies?"
"Not quite that far yet but about to be. I left them alone. I'll talk with her tomorrow. But until then let's get these little angels dressed and ready for bed."
She sat down and grabbed Passion and changed his diaper and put him into a sleeper.
"I think Sage is good for him. He seems happier." Bianca said as she dressed Envee.
"I think they are good for each other. Your father told me that he talked with Wade and told him not to use his bloodline against their relationship. I am just glad they have found each other."
"Me too. I just hope Rhage isn't over protective of her like dad was of me. I hope Rhage can handle his temper better now."
"He will. The Scribe Virgin removed his beast." Said Wrath as he came in followed by Vishous. "She made a special visit and explained things to Mary. We left her alone with Rhage to tell him. On her own."

I know it's a short chapter but I promised an update and here one is. I know I back tracked here in this one but it was well worth it in my eyes.
