I felt like I was losing. The girl of my dreams kept hearing rumors about me making her think I'm the biggest fuckboy in the world. I sighed laying my head on the wall.

"Shawn Peter Raul Mendes!" I heard y/n shout walking down the hallway, more like stomping.

I jumped up swiping away the dirt on my jacket.

"hey y/n" I smiled.

She slapped me across the face popping my jaw.

"What was that for?!" I asked.

"You kissed another girl?" she asked sadly.

tears began to form in her tears and she sniffled.

"No I didn't!? Why would I ever do that?! I like you" I said trying to defend myself.

She shook her head and ran away crying into her hands. I turned around and moaned. These rumors are getting out of hand.

The crowd gathered around me as i stood on stage waiting to perform my song for y/n. I wanted to show her that I'm worthy enough to be her boyfriend. I liked her a lot and I wanna be with her. I saw her make her way to the middle rubbing her arms. She looked up at me with red eyes. She's been crying, please don't cry. 

"Hey guys I'm shawn and I'll be singing All of Me by John Legend to y/f/n because she means the world to me" i smiled at her.

some girls awed and some guys rolled their eyes. She sniffled and I began to strum. 

"What would I do without your smart mouth?

She looked at her feet and then back up to me.

They cleared the floor for her a little as I strummed the last lyric. Everyone clapped loudly. I bowed and sniffled. As everyone was leaving, she just stood there, and stared at me. I hopped off the stage and slowly approached her.

"Was that really for me?" she asked.

I nodded and smiled. I pushed my guitar on my back and grabbed her hands. I lifted her chin looking deep into her eyes.

"I love you y/f/n"
