Last chapter's recap: "Hm?"

"That day you ran off when Tuna snatched your notebook... What did you draw?"

"A girl."

"You ran off because he saw a picture of a girl?"

"It was... Special."

Kurloz rolled over and fell off the couch landing on the floor with a loud thud.

"I'm good." He huffed. I just burst into laughter.

"Hey, kid, it's almost Halloween- got any plans?" Kurloz asked.

"Yeah, actually I promised to go to a costume party with Cro. We were gonna be Sandy and Danny from Grease."

"Sandy and Danny? Like a couples costume? Wait you and Cro-"

"We're not a thing; I mean we kissed once or twice, but we're not dating."

"Wait, does that mean no Halloween party this year?" He asked disappointed.

"Unfortunately." I sighed.

"But- but sis you always have a Halloween party! You've been voted the scariest house every year. You can't- you can't just stop tradition! I mean halloween is special- that's the day we met." He whined.

"Awe, I didn't know you'd get all sentimental." I gushed.

"Don't motherfucking patronize me." He growled.

"Look, if it means that much to you, I'll cancel on Cro and we can have the best Halloween party ever." I mused.

"Nah, as much I all up and motherfucking hate Ampora I can't all up and let you do that." He sighed.

"It has a heart and feelings?!" Mikado screamed coming through the door.

"Fuck you, Mikado." Loz growled.

"No thanks, I got Tuna for that." She winked.

"Uh, gross." I coughed. Kurloz faked like he was shooting himself in the head.

"Why are you here?" Kurloz asked.

"I have a key and A is my friend." Mikado laugh. "Anyways when're you gonna stop being a pussy and do what I told you to do because I know you haven't done it?"

"Tomorrow, now shut the fuck up, you're killing my high." Kurloz hissed.

"Fine, but you better not back-out like a pansie." Mikado glowered.

"I feel like I'm missing something, but I don't care enough to ask." I said butting in.

"You sure are sweetie, but I'm too lazy to explain." Mikado shrugged. "By the way I just came to drop this off for you and the pussy." Mikado said handing me and Kurloz test papers.

"Awe, I was hoping for a puppy." I whined.

"Yeah, me too. Anyways I gotta go, I got another tutoring session to handle." Mikado stated.

"I gotta make sure Zee didn't burn the house down so I guess I'm out too." Kurloz added ruffling his hair.

"Don't do anything stupid." They replied simultaneously.

"Bye, love." Mikado waved.

"Later, A." Kurloz said petting my head.
