America's royal couple of hip-hop now has a palace fit to live in.

Musical icons Jay Z and Beyoncé are renting an enormous $45 million manor in the swanky Holmby Hills neighborhood of west Los Angeles, TMZ is reporting.

The dynamic duo is reportedly shelling out approximately $150,000 per month for the stunning 20,000-square-foot mansion. Their new pad includes a luxurious indoor Olympic-sized pool, as well as a scenic outdoor swimming hole, complete with a flowing waterfall and ornate formal gardens

They signed a one-year lease, according to the celebrity gossip site.

Former Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt used to call the elegant estate home before selling it last year to an undisclosed British billionaire, who ultimately decided to rent it out.

Jay Z and Beyoncé can certainly afford the extravagant monthly installments – they have a combined fortune estimated at $1 billion, according to the Celebrity Net Worth website.

Their latest high-priced rental comes just one month after the couple was booted from their last lavish L.A. rental when the owner sold it for $35.5 million. The two artists were given a chance to purchase the plush pad themselves, but they chose not to outbid the deep-pocketed buyer.

Jay Z , the consummate New Yorker behind "Empire State of Mind," and Beyoncé, who hails from Houston, reportedly chose to move to L.A. because they believe it's a good place to raise their 3-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.

There just seems to be no stopping Drake, 28, these days! The rapper JUST released a brand new mixtape with Future, and already he has another new track out — and this collaboration is even BIGGER because it's with the one and only Beyonce. Okay, so don't forget, this song was actually leaked way back in May, but clearly the singers weren't fully satisfied. They made a few little tweaks and put out the official version on Oct. 5, though! Unfortunately, we don't get to hear too much of Bey's incredible vocals on the track. Mostly, she's just repeating the words "Can I" and "Baby" in a slow, somewhat monotone beat.

But, come on — no matter what the song sounds like, a collaboration between these two huge artists is nothing to be disappointed about. And, of course, this is only making us more and more excited for new music from Beyonce. Can you believe she hasn't put out a studio album since 2013?! I mean, we totally understand that she spent months on tour after that and 2014 was a super busy year, so we don't blame her for wanting to spend some time with her family.

Drake, on the other hand, seems to have been releasing new music non-stop. Throughout his feud with Meek Mill, the 28-year-old spit out more than one diss track, and he also put out an entire new mixtape with Future! Maybe the next step between Drake and Beyonce is an entire album?! We certainly wouldn't hate it!
