Music Video?//Work It Out

This is all just TOO much! It has pretty much been confirmed that Beyoncé was filming a brand new music video on Skid Row last night, which is located in downtown Los Angeles.

Unfortunately, the top and bottom of it is that we simply don't know anything about what is going on, and that it what excites us the most. Queen Beyonce is so mysterious when it comes to her work and we don't know anything until she wants us to know. Her 2013 self-titled release is enough to know that her work is shrouded in absolute secrecy until the last moment.

However, what we do know is that Beyonce has been on sets a number of times over the past couple of months. Just before Christmas she was in New Orleans filming a music video, and then a couple of days after she was photographed filming at the Super Dome in New Orleans. But we do think that the latter was something to do with the Super Bowl and nothing to do with her music.

Now, this week she has embarked on a 72-hour shoot that continued throughout the night in Los Angeles yesterday.

As soon as the BeyHive found out that Beyonce was on location, they shot down to Skid Row to see what was going on, but we still don't really know all that much. There was a massive lighting set up and we know that Beyonce was shooting on the roof of a building.

From the photos that have surfaced, there was some pretty amazing artwork set up, and there was also a red curtain sat close to the edge the roof. Not only that, there was a stunt van on location. In another photo that was taken by one Twitter user, you can see Beyonce's stunt double hanging from the building in a harness, with a slight gap in the red curtain at the top. Will Beyonce end up jumping off the building?

We're SO excited about what is to come. Rumour has it that Beyonce will drop some new music – such as a new single – around the time of the Super Bowl, which takes place next month. The Super Bowl takes place two weeks today, which means that her team have less than two weeks to get the video edited and polished up. Can they do it? The answer to that is... yes!

Beyonce was reportedly on the set for two music videos in November 2013, just before her self-titled fifth studio album dropped in December 2013, so it is entirely possible.

This whole video shoot is giving us Crazy in Love feels at the moment. The lighting, the location, the rooftop shoot.
