The wind died, nothing stirred as Alex was encased in the blue light. Tony reached his armoured hand in and made a grab at her. She held her hand out and took his hand. Tony was sucked in to the blue vortex. Alex's hair was whipping around her face, her eyes wide and distressed, almost pleading.
" Alex! You need to get this under control!" Tony yelled above the wind.
" This isn't me! I'm not doing this, someone else is," Alex yelled back fearfully.
" I can't stop it!" She added with terror in her eyes.
Tony grabbed her arm.
" It's going to be fine, just come with me, out of the vortex," Tony assured.
Alex moved towards him but a pale, long arm grabbed her other arm from the other side.
" I'm sorry, I should have told you. The man Loki works for now is my father!" Alex yelled as she disappeared in a black shimmer.
Tony shook uncontrollably as the vortex stopped swirling and he was alone. The storm had stopped now. He stared at the place where she had been, where could she have gone?
" Alex!" Tony yelled in anguish.
She didn't answer, no one did. He simply could not imagine why her own father was the enemy they faced. Her father was a murderer, was he now going to murder Alex. A thought nagged at him, why would he kill Alex if she has enough power to give him world domination? Then it struck him, he wasn't going to kill her, he was kidnapping her. Tony ran, feet pounding on the ground as he raced to talk to the other avengers.
" Tony! What are you doing?" Banner asked as he raced in to the room.
" Alex is gone," Tony answered with wide eyes.
Nick Fury stood up and banged his fist on the table.
" I should never have let her out of that cell! She could destroy everything in the anger she's going through," He yelled angrily.
" She didn't leave by her own accord, she was kidnapped by Eli Parks," Tony stated.
" What?" Natasha asked.
" The man Loki works for is Alex's father. He kidnapped her," Tony answered with a shiver.
" Nick, we have to go after her," Thor said anxiously.
" I agree with you," Nick obliged.
" Wait, you do?" Captain America asked him in surprise.
" Yes, I do. We can't have her in the clutches of the enemy now can we?" Nick answered with a frown.
" Okay, where do we start?" Hawkeye asked eagerly.

Alex huddled in the corner of a dark cell. She stared fearfully around her. Many other superheroes were stuck in this prison. They had gotten out earlier when the guard was let down but they hadn't noticed her and let her out. Alex knew her father was furious, he wouldn't let that happen again.
" My dearest Alex, how nice to see you," A voice said.
" Nice huh, I'd say that was a one way emotion," Alex growled.
She would never show fear to her father.
" Oh don't be like that, I've got something special for you," Eli scolded.
He stood outside her cell and blinked calmly at her. His hair was black, his eyes black as well. He wore black robes with red weapons attached to his belt. His skin was almost white it was so pale. Eli clicked a button and instantly a pair of chains wrapped around her arms and pulled her off the ground. Chains then wrapped around her legs and left them off the ground.
" Now you won't escape," Eli crowed happily.
" You really are insane dad, don't expect a gift on Father's Day," Alex growled at him.
" Oh, you'll be dead by then," Eli said calmly.
Alex stuck her tongue at him and turned her head away from her dad.
A searing pain hit her back and she caught herself before she screamed. She wouldn't give them any satisfaction.
