Hey. You may have heard of me. I'm a horse, and I'm new to the minecraft world. Well, kind of.

Technically, I'm not part of the game yet. Only a few of us have been chosen to venture into the game. I'm not one of them.

At the moment, I'm in a white room. Well, it's not really a room. It doesn't have any walls, and it doesn't have a floor or ceiling either. I lied when I said I was in a room. It's more like space.

We've heard tales of the minecraft world. In this empty void, there's another being living with us. He's not like us. He doesn't look like us or act like us, but he talks to us. He's always kind to us. He's like our father.

He's the one who told us all the tales about the outside world. He told us that although it was a beautiful place, filled with unimaginable wonder and creatures, it was also dangerous and frightening.

Once he told us about these creatures called creepers, who were as tall as him, but with no arms. They were green, and always looked upset. But then you would be the one who was upset, because when you tried to hug it, it would explode and could even kill you.

We didn't understand much of this. What did explode mean? What was a hug? He couldn't tell us what explode meant, but he did tell us what a hug was. To explain, he gave one to all of us.

It felt... amazing. I couldn't believe that I'd never been hugged before. Warmth radiated through my body, and I couldn't help but smile. I felt happy. Loved. I snuggled deeper into his embrace, trying to make the experience even better.

But all good things have to come to an end, and eventually he let go of me. I smiled at him, and he smiled back. After that, I made sure to have a hug with someone as often as I could. It never failed to improve my mood.

He told us many other stories. We gathered round, entranced, while he filled our heads with tales of the minecraft universe. Each of us listened intently, imagining the wonderful things he described to us, gasping and laughing with delight.

He told us about a fiery hell called the Nether, where huge creatures breathed fire, and lava poured down from everywhere you looked. He told us about underground caves, where you could find valuable minerals, such as coal, iron, and most precious of all, diamond. He told us about the other creatures who inhabited the world, such as mysterious endermen and cheerful ocelots, and the habitats they lived in, such as endless deserts and tropical jungles.

We were never bored in our home. Any time we got the itch to do something, we instantly rushed to him, begging him to tell us more stories about the outside world. Every time we went to him, he had a different tale to tell. He was amazing.

But he also told us sad stories. He told us that in the world we were going to, there lived humans. They weren't like the others: they had two sides to them, one of themselves, the other controlled by a being called a player.

These humans were terrible. They killed creatures and rummaged through the remains, stealing whatever they found before the creature dissolved into code. He told us that they were the reason he was with us now.

We asked him if he wanted to go back to the surface. He didn't reply. Then we told him that we would let him ride on our backs when we will be released officially. He gasped, and nodded. Now he's even happier. I'm looking forward to being released to the world, along with him.

I can't wait. After all this waiting, I'm finally going to get an experience of the minecraft world. The humans worry me, though. Will they like me? Will they kill me? I hope I won't die too soon. He says that they look exactly like him, except for one thing.

Their eyes are blue, unlike his. Like the void that surrounds us, his eyes are pure white.
