I can't believe it (TMNT fanfiction)

15. Combats

Donatello

I run for 5 minutes now and I still didn't find Mikey. I look in every cell possible but still nothing. I continue to check everywhere when a voice stops me.

"Well, well... Donatello. Happy to see you." Oh shit... I know this voice. "Show yourself Karai!" I said. I look up and I see her with Mikey by her side! "LET MY BROTHER GO!" I yell at her. "Nan. I love him to much to let him go." She speaks quietly. Mikey was tie at his wrist and he had a piece of duck dape on his mouth.  Karai was holding him by his arm. My little brother looked panick and he tries everything to untie his wrist.

"What do you want Karai?" I ask her. "Well, nothing really. I just tough that having a turtle by my side can be fun." She answers with a little arrogant smile. "That's not true." I say. "Let my brother go!" I order. "I said it before remember? No I won't let him!" She says. "Well, I'm gonna force you." I speak before I jump on the little platform where Karai is. She back up a little and she gets her tango out. (**i don't know how this is call but anyway**)

"You know I can take you down without wasting any of my energy?" Karai asks. I hate her so much! How Leo did support her?! "No you can't. You need to look for Mikey while you're fighting so-" she cuts me off before I could finish my sentence. "Who says I need to take care of him?" It takes me a second before I realize what she's about do to.

Karai let Mikey goes and she poushes him off the platform. My brother still has his wrists tie so he couldn't defend himself from her and from the choc. "MIKEY!" I run to the edge of the platform and I look down. From where I am, I can only tell that he's unconscious. I don't even know of he's breathing.

Frustrated, I quickly get up and I take my boe to push Karai. She wasn't ready at all for my attack so she back up a little but not enough for her to fall. She walks to me and she uses her tango to cut my arm but I move faster than her. I take my boe and I block one of her attack before I hit her stomach. On the force of the choc, Karai falls on her knees and I take advantage of her weakness to finsh her by hitting her head. To mixture she wouldn't be a problem anymore, I tie her wrist and her ankles together with a rope that Karai has on her.

I quickly get off the platform and I run to Mikey. My brother doesn't have any major injuries but he still unconscious. The problem is that my brothers are fighting Shredder and Splinter without us.

I take Mikey on my left shoulder and I start running back to the trone room. In my way, I find Leo's katanas. I have no idea why they are here but I take them and I continue running.

Leonardo

I start a fight with Splinter. On two legs, a fight isn't easy especially when you fight with Splinter. So now, imagine how a fight could be if you have one broken leg and no weapons. Because that's the situation I need to deal with right now.

Splinter does everything to makes me angry. He turns around me and if I try to hit him, he'll move so I can't touch him. The only time in 5 minutes that I touch him, he slaps me in the face.

Suddenly, the trone door open. I suppose it is Donnie and Mikey. Splinter stops moving to look who was there so I use his distraction to attack him. I went to his back and I jump on him. I don't know how but he reads my attack. He move the second before I touch him and he graps me by the foot and he projects me on my brothers. I fall brutally on Donnie.

"Humm hey." I say. "Sorry for that." I slowly get up the best I can and I help him get up. "What's up with Mikey?!" I ask. My brother was sleeping and he has a blue mark on his forehead. "Karai attacks us. Anyway we need to help Raph!" I turn around to see my hothead brother in a really bad position. Shredder and Splinter are around him and his saïs are on the ground faraway from where he is. "Take your katanas." He gave me my weapons and I give him a smile.

Without any warning Donnie runs to the two masters and he starts helping Raph by slapping Shredder in the leg with his boe. As for me, I run, well no, I jump to Raph's saïs. When I got them I jump-running to Splinter. This time, he was really distract so I hit him in his back with the saïs. My sensei let out a scream of pain and some blood starts running from his back.

I give Raph his saïs and I get my katanas out. We wait until Splinter gets up because the both of us know he would do that. As for Donnie, he is so angry right now that he's really good. Shredder needs to defend himself, not just attack.

Suddenly, Splintert jumps on me. He paralyzed me on the ground so I can't defend myself. I look into my father eyes. They show the frustration and the pain but also somethings else that I can't really describe. It's like... Apologize and help. I always knew that my sensei wasn't himself. Sure, I knew it by his spirit into me but I knew it before that.

"Sensei. It's me Leonardo. Your son, remember? I can help you." As I speak the frustration in his eyes starts to disappear. "Leonardo.." He spoke. "I knew it father. I-" I couldn't finish my sentence. Splinter was on the ground besides me with Raph on top of him.
