"Your first interview!" Boss placed the paper in front of me as he whispered into my ears, not wanting anyone else to hear.

Snatching those small gigs and music show performances helped as well, since there were people who filmed it and shared it online, publicizing for us.

"Hello, my name is Kim Jo eun." He said, shaking hands with me. After positioning the camera to capture me and the magnificent bookshelf behind me, he took out his notepad and started.

"So Mr Elido, there has been a lot of buzz about you from the internet."

"Yes, there is. I didn't expect such a response from the netizens..." I said, extremely cautious.

"And why do you think they're talking about you?"

"It must be because of this scar." I pointed to my face.

"May I ask how you got it?"

This was one of the anticipated questions.

"It was because of a fight."

The reporter perked up. Mentioning a fight while still being new to the scene was very risky.

"It happened while I was still studying in highschool." I decided to go with that one distant cat-fight... skirmish I had been when Dad died.

"When my Dad died... There was a bully who decided to goad me about it." I said, remembering those girls. "Anyway, long story short, there was a girl who got injured while trying to stop him and I retaliated. One thing led to the other, and I ended up with this scar."

Truth was, the girls who were bullying me... Woo Jin attempted to stop them, and one of them accidentally slapped him. There was a cat-fight, but it only ended with me dropping out of school with a black eye and the girls with bruises all over.

The reporter did not anticipate such a story.

"Wow, you are quite a hero."

"No, I was an idiot." I grimaced automatically. To engage in a fist fight just because of words. That made me look weak, not strong at all.

The reporter moved along.

"So about 'You said' , I heard that you composed this song all by yourself. Could you tell us more about it?"

I drank some tea.

"It isn't about an experience, before anyone misunderstands. It was an inspiration I got after hearing BTS' Danger. The vibe, and tempo of the song, and the lyrics." I said. "That was how I composed 'You Said'. "

"So you hear the songs of existing artists to create your own?"

"That is one of my methods. I like to listen to songs and imagine the kind of story behind it. Other times I just daze about and think about random things."

"Any favourite hobbies?"

"Has to be sleeping, nowadays, and eating. I sound like a pig." I fought the smile surfacing.

"Then what do you consider to be your charm?"

"I have been told I have a killer smile." I said, smiling just to prove.

The guy was completely unaffected as he just looked through his questions. See, Boss, my smile isn't a killer smile at all! That was a damper to my confidence.

"Do you have a name for your fans?"

Names? That was unexpected.

"Names..." I frowned. "That I had not thought of. Do I really have fans?"

The reporter gave me an 'are-you-serious' look.

"One of your fans made a petition and got signatures so that they could convince our magazine to interview you. You do have fans. Would you like to say something to your fans?" The reporter gestured to the camera on the tripod at his side.

My eyes widened. Wow, who knew...

"I'll think about it seriously and discuss with Boss about it." I said, hoping that was a satisfactory answer before turning to the camera. "and to my fans out there, I'm sorry I didn't know, and thank you for supporting me."

And that was the end.

"Not bad." Boss said. "Think hard about the name, make sure there's some meaning behind the name."

I nodded and went to remove the make up.
