The set we did was mostly slow today and I got my guitar back on stage with me, which means I didn't have to make up anything ridiculous. David and I did about half an hour of guitar lessons with some people who had been at the set yesterday.

I walked slowly to the pavilion, kicking the grass. How am I supposed to tell the guys I've just been offered the chance to have a record deal and I might be taking it up? Surely they will be happy for me? Right? I can't leave my boys! They are like the foundation of me.

"Are you okay?" Chase wrapped his arms around me in a hug and kissed the top of my head, well hat.

"Yeah-" I took off my hat and dropped it on the floor next to us, then clamped my arms around his waist.

"Well tell your face that!" He lifted up my chin to look at him and smiled. "You look like you've been chewing a wasp!"

"I'm fine, really!"

"Now I know something is really wrong! Tell me-" He pulled me into him tighter and his tone changed serious.

"I got offered a recording contract-"

"That's amazing, is it not? I'm confused!" He stepped back and put his hands on my shoulders.

"It's just for me, not the band"

"Oh! Right"

"Exactly, I have no idea what to do! I haven't even told the guys yet!"

"Don't worry about it!" He let his hands slide down my arms to find mine to hold. "Think of it this way, when you record and do concerts you are still gonna need a band for music! You'll just be known by a different name!"

I sighed. "I suppose, It could be the best thing to ever happen to us!"

He ran his thumbs over the back of my hands. "They will understand!"

"I'm sure they will! Anyway! How did your set go?" I asked, pushing him back into the bar of the pavilion.

"It was ok I suppose! Not as good as ours is going to be tomorrow! Did them creepy little boys return to yours?"

"No! Thank god! I don't know what I would have done! It's nice to know I have fans but they were scary!"

"I think you did a really good job of involving the crowd yesterday! You might have to do that more often! Wait for me to be stood in the front though!"

I stretched up and kissed him softly, our noses sort of awkwardly squashing together. I suppose that's what made me a hopeless romantic... I can kiss someone but 90% of the time it wont go right. "I shall tomorrow! You can help me tell all the people that we are performing together"

"It's a deal!" He leant down and went to press his lips to mine.

I leant my head back out of the way and then smiled at him tauntingly. "Come and get me, loverboy" I stepped back from him and jumped off the pavilion. "What you waiting for!"

He groaned and walked down the stairs of the pavilion. "Don't make me run..."

I stood with my arms open. "Live a little"

He lunged forward and grabbed my wrist, laughing. He pulled me into him and dragged me back up onto the pavilion where he locked his arms tightly around my waist. "You aren't going anywhere after that!"

"N'awww! So you're gonna keep me here? All night?" I smirked. "Works for me!"

"It better 'coz you aren't leaving!"

I pushed my face into his chest and took a deep breath. It felt nice just to forget about everything and live like I should. (The rockstar life is harder than you think, give me cred) I looked up and bit my lip, trying not to burst into laughter.

Chase took a hand full of my hair and spread it across my face, laughing. "I can't look at you when you bite your lip. You are just too damn cute!"

I scrunched up my face and moved my hair. "I'm sorry! I can't help my adorableness! If you stop yours I'll stop mine!"

He narrowed his eyes and stuck out his tongue. "I'm sorry too, but it just can't be done!"

"Make it stop!" I turned my back to Chase and leant back into him "I refuse to turn around unless you stop!"

"You can't blame me for this one! Blame my parents for making such an amazing son!" He messed with the arm holes of my vest top, tickling my sides slightly.

I started laughing and batted his hands away. "Hey! Stop it!"

"Oh yeah, I forgot you're ticklish" He began lightly tickling my sides, a grin spreading over his face.

I fell on to the wood laughing and he plonked himself down, laughing, next to me. I laid back onto his lap and looked up into his blue eyes. "You've gotta stop that-"

"Sorry!" He tapped the end of my nose and grabbed my hat from next to him. He put it on his head and pouted. "How do I look?"

"Like a moron!"

He took it off and put it over my face. "Thats better!"

"Gee, thanks!" I removed the hat from over my face.

"You're welcome!"

"I'm looking forward to our set tomorrow! I hope everything goes to plan!"

"As long as you stay beautiful it should!"

I sat up and faced him, straddling his lap. I leant forward and put my forehead on his, smiling like some demented cheshire cat. "I think it's your turn to kiss me, if I'm correct!"

"Does it matter who's turn it is, really?" He asked, tucking my hair behind my ear. "And you really have to stop all this hair getting in the way!"

Everything was perfect, but it always was when I was with Chase. He was the bow tie to my tuxedo and all those rubbish cliches like that. I loved him and he knew that, with any hope, he loved me back.
