Marco didn't lived in Dortmund city centre, he lived afar from the center in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city. Football players, managers, businessman, television starts...if they had a house in Dortmund, all of them had in that neighborhood. Inside they had their privacy, no media could bother them. His house was next to one of his BVB's colleges, Erik Drum. The house had four suites, made one purposely if he wanted to invite friends to stay over, it also had one kitchen, living room, dinning room and garden.
When Marco got home, Mario and Mats were already on his front door, waiting for him. He opened the door, and they went inside. Marco put his things down and grabbed some drinks from the kitchen. Mario and Mats both sat on the couch Marco had in his garden.
"So, now can you explain what happened in the meeting?" Mario asked curious, " Greg called me and said you got in trouble for real this time."
Mario had played yesterday for Bayern, and had the next two days off, so he went to visit some of his friends in Dortmund. Mats, on the other hand, wasn't their for the same reason, Tuchel, Dortmund's coach, had asked him to come and see what was going on with Marco, put some sense in his head.
"Well, let's say they got me by surprise." Marco stared.
Mats and Mario frowned, then Mario asked, " What kind of surprise?"
" Bernard and Albert decided that this time, in order to clean my image once and for all, they asked one person for help. One person that is going to be my Public Relations." Marco explain, now came the part where they were going to laugh. " Oh, my public relations is Carole."
"What?" Mario asked in shock but almost laughing.
Marco sighed annoyed, " Yeah. Yeah. She's my PR, alright. Her father pleaded and she accepted. So, here you go. Happy?"
Mats laughed, " Very. It's going to be very funny seeing you work together. Wait. My mistake, seeing you work together again."
"Common guys, stop with the mocking!" Marco pleaded, annoyed with their laughed. When they learn that there is more to the deal then just that, they are going to laugh even hard. Dear lord, he was in a big mess.
"Ok, ok!" Mats said putting his arms up as he tried to stopped laughing. " We stopped, see."
"Hmm...great stopping," Marco mumbled, they couldn't contain their laugh.
"We're trying." Mario said, " What's with you hating her? I really don't understand. I know her for a couple of years and Carole isn't what you paint her for."
"I don't hate her. I just consider her a very annoying person." Marco corrected him, " and this comes from a long time, since we know each other."
"That means maybe in a couple of years your married to her!" Mats joked.
Marco's jaw dropped, Mats was crazy. There wasn't another adjective to classified him. " For the love of God, are you freaking crazy? That's never going to happen."
Mario scoffed, " Yeah, yeah. In the future will see about that."
"Common guys, this is taking teasing into another level." Marco said, what they were saying was pretty much never going to happen but still he knew that deep inside they both believed a little that it was possible. Right, Carole and him in a relationship? Just when pigs fly!
Mario shook his head lightly, " Don't exaggerate, bro." Then he smiled deviously, " We both know that if you had sex with her those discussions would end. Maybe you end up liking her."
" Again, never going to happen." Marco groaned, what was the problem with this guys? Ugh, they needed to stop with those jokes.
He shrugged, " Never going to happen? Never going to happen? You don't know, and be honest for once. If you had the change to sleep with her wouldn't you do it? She's funny, gorgeous and hot!"
