I lean against my window, listening to the rain pound against the glass. Sam drives slowly through Seattle streets. The boys and I were meeting up at the Bellevue hotel. We were supposed to go see him before the cremation. "Is this it?" I ask and look up. She parks the car and I get out without saying anything. I hustle through the rain, carrying Olivia close to me. Harry stands in the lobby, talking with the manager. "Harry.." I sigh and he looks over slowly. Immediately cutting of his conversation, he comes up and hugs me. I rub his back and he pulls me to the desk. It looks like he hasn't slept since he heard the news. His face is pale and his eyes are hallowed out. Sam and a bellhop are back with our bags and Harry soon hugs her too.
"Doing okay?" She asks Harry. He just nods and turns away. I pull her close to me and we follow Harry up to our suite.
"I got two suites... " He mumbles and we get into the elevator. I hated seeing him like this. He was always the one with the smile. We stand there silently in the elevator as it rises to the top floor. I continue to follow him, once the door finally opens. "Here..." He hands me a key. "Who do you want to share a suite with?" He asks and I shrug. "I think Liam said something about rooming with you two." He turns around and unlocks his door. "I was thinking that...we could have dinner here later. I'll get pizza or something." He looks up.
"Sounds good." I unlock the door and Sam walks in.
"Trisha is on her way. Madi had to go get her from the airport so she'll be here in an hour or so. But, after that we can get dinner? I figured she'd want some alone time." He says before he shuts his door. Sam drops her bag and lays a sleeping Olivia on the bed.
The room was almost too big for three people and a baby to stay. The bedrooms were connected to a large living room. The living area was separated from the kitchen by a two sided fireplace. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. It was much more than needed.
Sam comes back into the room and lays across from me. I smile, resting my head on my hand. I look over Olivia, who is slowly waking up. Sam's eyes are glued to her. "Good afternoon, Olive." Sam says once she opens her eyes. I unwrap her from her swaddled up blanket and she stretches her arms out. "We're in Seattle now... Did you like the plane ride?" Sam asks her, even though she's months from answering. I rub Olivia's little belly and she smiles, turning her head away from me. "God, you're so precious." Sam kisses her cheek.
There's a soft knock at the door and I pull myself up. Looking through the peephole, Liam stands with his bag on the other side of the door. I unlock it and swing it open. "Hey mate," He hugs me and pulls his bag through the door. "You don't mind me in this suite, do you?" He asks and I shake my head.
"As long as you don't mind a crying baby every few hours." I respond, locking the door. "Liam's here, Sam." I peak my head in the door.
"Hi Liam!" She says, but doesn't get up. At least she's staying positive and chipper.
"Hello Miss Samantha!" It honestly sounded like Liam was doing okay with this. Good, actually. He walks up behind me as I take a wine cooler from the mini bar. "Have you seen Harry?" I nod. "How's he looking?"
"....Rough." I answer. "Someone should go get him. I don't like him just sitting in his suite alone. At least until Louis gets here." I say and look over at the door. He always was the most emotional out of all of us.
"I'll be right back." He says and walks out the door, only after taking his key from the counter.
"What are we going to do about Harry?" I ask Sam. "I hate seeing him like this."
