Seems like the perfect time and place.
He was sucking on my neck,and I left out a weak moan.I saw him smirk,but he also seemed scared.
I was about to take his shirt off when he stopped me.
Lucas' Pov:
Oh my God.What am I doing.I think I got caught up in the moment.
While making out with her,I was actually thinking about Maya.
I know,it's cruel and Riley probably doesn't deserve this and that's why I stopped.
"Riley,I don't want us going too far.."
"I mean you're only 15 and I'm 16"I added.I don't think she was convinced.
"No no...That's not it.Who is she"
"Who?What are you talking about"I said although I knew exactly what she meant
"Who is the girl.The girl you like and the girl you're thinking about because it's certainly not me"
"There..there is n-no one else"UGH why did I shutter.
"Whatever Lucas.She is a lucky girl...I suppose we're done.Thank you"
"Why are you thanking me..?I broke your heart"I was so confused
"You were my first heartbreak.I'm growing up"
"Bye,Riley.You helped me too."
"Bye Lucas"
Maya was still all I could think of.
Maya's Pov:
It was almost 1 am and I was still sobbing in tears.
It happened I thought.They were all alone all these hours of course it happened.
I repeated these words over and over and I couldn't do anything else but cry.
I knew it was going to happen,but it didn't make it any easier.
I fell asleep still crying,with puffy red eyes.

The next day I really wanted to stay home with my sweatpants and sweater on,but I knew I had to be strong and face him.
And her.
I walked towards my locker when Jared appeared.I was so annoyed.
He tried to kiss me.What an asshole.I pushed him away saying that we should stop doing this,that we were done.
"Whatever,whore" he walked away.
I felt tears running down my cheeks.
He just called me a whore.I didn't care people where watching,but I still decided to run to the ladies room.
Then I bumped into someone again.
Guess who.
Yes,Riley.
"Omg Maya?!"
"Yeah?"I said weakly trying to smile and while sweeping my tears away with my hands
"Why are you crying?!Are you hurt?Are you okay?!"
I had to say.I was happy I had a best friend that cared.If only she knew that I wasn't physically hurt.That would be easy.
"No..no..I'm okay it's honestly fine"
"But Maya..."
"It's okay Riles.Thank you for your concern but just drop it please"I hated the fact that I couldn't talk about it with her.I used to say everything to her.I missed that.
"Okay then...and no problem Maya.Anything for you"
She smiled showing me how much she cared.She has so many layers.
"So Riley?!How did it go with lucas?"
I asked faking excitement.I hated this so much I wanted to cry again.
"Lucas obviously likes another girl so..we stopped.We didn't do anything"
OMG?!I wanted to jump around and start singing!I was so happy!
Then I remember that Riley was my best friend and I kinda felt bad for her so I asked
"Riley,are you okay?Do you want to talk about it"I smiled
"No its honestly okay!I actually don't really care.I am growing up Maya"
"I'm so happy you're happy"
One question was stuck in the back of my brain,it wouldn't go away.
Who does he like..?
"So what's the girl he likes anyways"I tried to play it cool.
"I honestly don't know.And I don't care"
"Well I love you Riley,but I have to go"
"Bye Maya.I love you too"
I smiled when I heard her say that.
If it wasn't for her I would never have meet Lucas.I actually do love her,my best friend.
Lucas' Pov:
I saw her.I saw Maya running,and I saw her crying.I was about to go find her and comfort her, but I saw she bumped into Riley and I let her handle this.I didn't know they were so good friends.
I heard it all.
Maya was so caring.
Everything is great about her.
Her smile,the way she said I "love you".
If only she said that to me.
But..there is something I don't get.
Why did Maya ask who I like?
