Embers POV...
The clicking of the horses hooves slowed to a stop as we arrived. I looked past Darcy and saw a large mansion, what I assumed was the Phantomhive mansion. It was large and elegant, but I knew that it was not the original, it had been rebuilt years ago after Ciel's parents died in a fire that also burnt down the mansion. It was an exact replica, just not the original. Darcy had told me that, I had asked her about the fire that I had seen before we met, when I had been a kid. She explained to me what had happened, I am happy she told me and to this day I still have no idea how she knew.
Sebastian stood up from his seat next to Ciel and walked over the the door of the carriage. He gripped the handle and pushed it open. Ducking his head because of his height he passed through the doorway and stepped out onto the stone road, his black shoes clicking as he stepped. Ciel got up soon after, he walked over to the door and stepped down onto the single step the hung from the carriage just under the doorway. Stepping down the onto the ground he backed away from the door to let me exit. I stood up from my seat and walked myself over to the door, without a second thought I jumped out of the carriage and onto the the road. I heard Darcy sigh behind me and follow me out of the carriage.
"Alpha, you could have injured yourself, please be more careful." Darcy told me. I turned my head over my shoulder to look at her just as she stepped from the carriage. "So what? A few scratches won't effect me." I told her. "You could get a serious infection, it could even be deadly." She told me, I turned my body towards her. "What are you my mom?" She sighed, knowing I was to stubborn too listen. I have that problem, I also have a problem with my anger.
"Are we gonna stand here like idiots or are we going to go inside?" I asked while glaring slightly at Sebastian.
"Yes my lady." He said while placing one of his hands on his heart and bowing.
I scowled towards him "Don't call me that." I said with disgust.
He lifted his head up but stayed in a bowing position. "Then what shall I call you?"
"Call me Ember." With that I turned and started to walk towards the house, hearing Darcy follow me, with Ciel and Sebastian not to far behind.
I stopped at the large doors leading into the Phantomhive mansion, Sebastian steeped in front of me and gripped the curved door handle with his gloved hand. The door opened with a loud creak and my eyes took in what was the inside of a rich snobs abode. Sebastian led us inside the room, then to one of the many doors on the right wall. Pushing it open we walked into a room with a large rectangular table, with chairs surrounding it.
"Sit." Ciel demanded.
I crossed my arms and didn't move from my spot.
"Now." He told me, with a hint of anger in his voice because of my defiance.
I didn't move.
"Please." Ciel said through clenched teeth. I nodded in satisfaction and walked over to the chair at the head of the table. It was quite larger than the others and had cushions along with elaborate carvings along the top. I plopped down in the chair and put my arms behind my head, then crossed my feet on top of the table. Darcy walked to the side of the chair and stood their with a blank face, but I could see laughter in her eyes.
Ciel glared at me and I smirked at him. He sighed before he sat down at the chair on the right side of the table about three feet down from me.
He put his elbows on the table, crossing his hands and placing his chin on top of them. "We need to talk."
