Chapter 16

Darcy's POV.....

I wasn't sure where we were going all I knew is we were almost there. Ciel's shoe tapped the floor of the carriage in annoyance. He wasn't a very patient person and it was obvious with how he acted. Sebastian on the other hand couldn't be more calm, he stared blankly out the window. I was getting tired of the carriage and wanted to stretch my legs, but I didn't say it aloud. My mind flashed back to the Undertaker, a strange man indeed but he still gave us the information we needed.

The carriage stopped and I looked out to see that we were in the middle of the forest. "Why did we stop?" Ember asked.

"Mr. Anderson will grow suspicious with an empty carriage outside his mansion, but with he carriage out of sight he won't suspect a thing." Ciel replied.

We climbed out of the carriage like we had done many times before, the sun was high in the sky, and showed no sign of setting. "What now?" I asked.

"Now we wait, we will strike in the dead of night and take him by surprise." Sebastian said.

I nodded and Alpha turned towards a tree. She grabbed the lowest branch of the oak and pulled herself upwards. "Do be careful alpha." I said.

"I want to get a good look at the mansion to see where we could enter from." She replied.

I nodded and followed her lead, leaping to the highest branch of a sycamore. I stared over the tree tops, the sycamore was much taller than them and made it easy to see. I narrowed my eyes and spotted a older man in a big chair and a maid serving him a plate. It was Micheal I had seen him once before. Though hat was years ago, I still didn't understand why he chose to strike now of all times.

There was a window with a balcony on the highest floor. I was satisfied and stepped backwards off the branch and plunged down to the ground. I landed gracefully beside Sebastian. "I see him, and he has a balcony outside his spare room it will make it easy to enter." I reported.

Sebastian nodded.

Time skip......

The sun had fallen and the moon was now climbing higher. I could see Sebastian's tall silhouette in front of me, beside him was Ciel. "Bring him to me Sebastian, that's an order." Ciel said removing his eye patch and his eye glowed purple.

Sebastian's eyes began to glow a piercing scarlet. "Yes my young lord." I heard him replie.

Sebastian glanced expectantly at me and I knew he was waiting for me to come with him. I took a step towards him whe  alpha's words made me freeze. "Your not going without me." Alpha said.

"So sorry miss, but you would only slow us down." Sebastian remarked.

"Im still going." She dememded.

"No your not, this is a serious mission and I'm not going to have you mess it up." Ciel said, his temper had finnaly broke.

"And who's gonna stop me?" She asked coldly.

"Sebastian will and once he has you I under control we will take you straight to the queen, so you will do as I say or else." Ciel said.

I could see a strange look in Alpha's eyes. It had been a long time since she had last been told what to do. She blinked and looked back up at him. "Very well."She responded.

"Good." Ciel replied."Go now Sebastian you mustn't waste another moment."

Sebastian rushed forwards and I ran after him. Our paths crossed a few times and we ran in sync. The soft grass underfoot turned to cobble stone and I treaded lightly to not make a sound. We skidded to a stop under the balcony. Suddenly a crash sounded from beside us and a chainsaws growl split the air. I looked over to see a guy with sharp teeth, messy red hair and glasses. In his hand he held a chainsaw, he was a reaper.

Sebastian suddenly rushed at him and knocked the chainsaw from his hands. It hit the ground and turned off, I looked back at Sebastian to see he had a gloved hand over the newcomers mouth. "We are here on a important mission be more quiet." Sebastian hissed.

The red head nodded and Sebastian removed his hand. "Oh Bassy, I was getting so bored but I'm better now that your here." He said in a romantic voice and rubbed up against Sebastian.

Sebastian side stepped and the the red head fell forward and hit the ground with a thump. "Oh Bassy so mean!" He giggled.

He suddenly spotted me and got to his feet with his eyes narrowed. "Who's that rat?" He asked looking at me.

"This is Darcy Thornheart, a visitor of Ciel's and I expect you to treat her with respect." Sebastian said sternly.

"Don't touch her Sebby, you might catch her ugly." He snorted.

I would normally get angry but the sight of him told me not to. "Grell." Sebastian said.

"Oh whatever, I'm have to get back to my job anyway I'm here for..........Micheal Anderson." Grell said.

"We are also after Micheal." Sebastian said.

"Well it says here he is scheduled to die tonight." Grell replied.

"We better get going, before he gets suspicious." I said.

"Yes of course." Sebastian said and took a running start.

He jumped against one leg and launched himself up towards the balcony, I followed not far behind. Grell was left on the path staring after us. "Wait for me!" He yelled and began climbing up the vines not far from the ground. We landed on the balcony, not making a noise.

I stepped forward and pushed open the window. Sebastian stepped in the room and looked around. He went towards the door to the room and pushed it open silently. I closed the window behind me and saw Grell's head pop up from below as he climbed onto he balcony. I smirked when he realized I had locked the window. He knocked loudly and Sebastian sent him a glance of anger. Grell froze and stepped away from the window, but as soon as Sebastian looked away he began fumbling with the window to open it.

I finally opened the window and Grell stepped in with a huff. "Dirty rat."He growled at me.

I ignored him and turned to Sebastian who was making his way down the hall, I followed him and heard Grell behind me. My footsteps were muffled by the carpet as we walked down the hall. I heard voices ahead and Sebastian froze and held up a hand showing us to stop. "It was a pleasure doing business with you, come now Claude we must be going." I heard a familiar voice say from inside the room.
