"You're the one responsible behind the horde?" Shiki glared at him and his arm glowed even more bright with dark aura.

Koichi laughed "You're one to say," he looked towards the corpses "I must think its a shock to you about how your powers are the results behind those experiments huh?"

"Quiet!" Shiki shouted "I am not here to play games, get down here and we'll settle this," he held his sword with both hands.

"I would be more than happy to but you have bigger problems than me," Koichi vanished into thin air.

"What did he meant by that?" Tatsuya asked

Shiki wondered that as well "We need to meet up with Akashi and tell him what has happened here."

While elsewhere, Kaise arrived at a temple that he once remembered. The place seemed deserted but there were still people inside. He walked inside and monks were all over the place doing their daily duties.

"Kaise, we never imagined that we'd see you again," A monk walked over towards him "What brings you here?"

"I know this is sudden but I want to learn magic," Kaise said "I want to know what happened to Seitou and to gain enough power to make changes."

"That is quite sudden indeed but as a gratitude to your dad, we'll help you," the monk led him inside.

As Kaise walked inside, burials were all over the place. He noticed these names. Those were the monks he knew once "What happened here?"

"You're better not knowing about it until later," the monk said "Consider that your prize when you manage to master your magic."

The monk and Kaise headed upstairs. And into a small training ground with equipments on the ground.

Kaise grabbed the equipment and strapped on the gloves "I guess I am ready to start whenever you are."

"Let's begin."

While back in the streets, Akashi regrouped with Shiki, Hakura and Tatsuya with news as to what has happened.

"You meant Kaise decided to leave and you let him go?" Akashi shot a glare towards Shiki "Explain."

"I promised him something but due to recent events. I couldn't do anything to help him with it."

"That was a stupid mistake but when that man shows up. I will terminate him," Akashi looked around.

Shiki tried to keep his mouth shut. The decision ached his being. But he knew that this would happen should Kaise decided to leave regardless. However Arian, his own blood related father was among the nobles responsible. Shiki can barely stomach this truth.

"The minister decides not to help us and now we have experiments on lower classes being conducted in secrets," Akashi slammed his fist on the wall "This is beyond human."

"There is only two things we can do," Tatsuya explained "We can destroy the bases or we can evacuate the people here."

"I suppose but with the minister not moving his fingers to do anything then I doubt evacuating would be an option," Akashi said "We'll scour the city and track down these lairs."

Then multiple screams broke out across the city. Shiki gazed at the skies. What was that? He hurried into the direction with the others.

Shiki gasped and stopped as he saw men resembling horde creatures killing civilians. This is impossible.

"Those monsters are humans?" Akashi gazed at the creatures "Hakura, I want you to evacuate the lower classes now!"

Hakura rushed away.

"Tatsuya and Shiki, I want you to hold these creatures back," Akashi said "I have to save the working classes people here."

"You don't care about the middle and noble classes?" Tatsuya asked him "The working classes people are the only ones you care about?"

"I have no reason to answer that," Akashi dashed into the slums.

Shiki stared at the men experimented into hordes creatures. The images popped into his mind. The experiments conducted to him and the others as a child. The blood spilled into creating them.

Tatsuya unleashed a sound wave with both hands. Four creatures exploded into pieces. But more came as the dead nobles rose up.

Shiki gritted his teeth "I'll destroy them," his arm glowed into shimmering dark energy "I'll kill every noble that supported and did this."

He stormed into the experimented men and smashed one man's head. The blood splattered onto his hand. Another tried to grab him. But he slashed him with his sword.

Watching Shiki tore apart the experimented men, Tatsuya stood with his eyes locked on the battle.

The experimented men laid dead. And Shiki gasped. However the risen nobles came towards him.

"You're the bastards who sold them out," Shiki glared at the risen nobles "I'll kill you all!" He swung his sword.

The blade cut through their chest and tore them apart in one swipe. Their body parts splattered everywhere.

Glowing even brighter, the marks on Shiki's arm started to appear on his right arm as well. He stared at his arms. This power, I have to use it to help those that has been taken used by these damned nobles like I was years ago.

Tatsuya glanced as numerous experiment men and horde creatures drew closer towards Shiki like their here to kill him.

Four narrows streets around him littered with the creatures. Shiki smashed his hand down the ground. A shockwave enveloped the earth. And crushed the streets.

The rocks hurled all over the place and some smashed the creatures under it. Tatsuya dodged the oncoming rocks and watched on.

While Hanzo and Hercules began evacuating with Arian along with Lukas and Yamagata. The group slipped into the minister's room.

"What is going on here?!" Largo screamed as he stared out the window "I thought Koichi promised my city its safety!"

"The moment you let Akashi and his team in was the moment our plan can move ahead," Hercules said.

"You used me!" Largo pointed his gun at them.

A sword stabbed into his head. As Hanzo stared at him "This world is like a game with winners and losers. You are obviously the latter one."

Largo dropped to the ground and his skull split open with blood wetting his carpeted floor. Hercules walked over his corpse "Lukas, I want you to deal with the stay behind and deal with Shiki and Yamagata can deal with Akashi."

"Where are you going?" Yamagata asked

Hercules walked outside "I'll lead the horde army given to me by Koichi," he said "And I'll purge this city inside and out."
