Sorry that it's late😔I had some work to finish and it pretty much drained me...
Omg so I worked it out and so for I've written like 754 pages for this book already😱that's way more than I expected. Maybe I should shorten them a little? I don't know.
Please let me know what you think.
Don't forget to vote/comment!
Oh, and please share this work to others, I'd like for it to know more readers/their thoughts and opinions also☺️

_______________________________Chapter 25
"I would have come out there and kicked their ass," Beni was saying to a smirking Malakai.
"Of course," He drawled in reply, rolling his eyes.
Beni narrowed his gaze at him, I could practically see his hackles raising in anger. "You do know I'm right here, right?" I blurted, eyes slightly wide as they bartered with their words in the kitchen.
Beni glanced my way, a sheepish smile gracing his face and a hint of rouge adorning his cheeks in a pleasant flush. "I was vaguely aware," He smiled.
I shook my head, and the smile that tried to creep into my face. "You have no idea how terrifying it was," I tell them, settling into one of the wooden chairs in the kitchen and shuddering; even when wearing my thickest knitted jumper, cosiest soft wash jeans and the most woollen socks ever, I still felt chilled.
No, perhaps that wasn't quite the right word.
I felt a little numb.
Like my mind had just clicked off on the majority of the event. I could still clearly remember the fear, horror and shock. They had been at the forefront of my mind. Had.
Now my mind was in turmoil over what Denali had said to me a few hours ago.
'You're going to call your brothers and tell them what's going on.'
Anyone care to explain to me what he meant by 'tell them what's going on'?
Did he want me to tell them everything? Or leave out the most crazy, insane, lunatic parts so that they wouldn't use their wealthy and influential leads to drag me back to London kicking and screaming?
Okay, that was perhaps a tad dramatic to you, but I know my brothers and what they're capable of.
I sighed softly.
"Hey," Beni turned to Malakai again "you never did mention what happened after you heard about Yodekha." I winced at his words, pulling one of the steaming mugs of hot chocolate that Tahja placed there silently.
I thanked her with the warmest smile I could conjure. Which probably wasn't much. She returned it with a soft pat on my back before glancing at the brewing storm between a menacing Malakai and unaware Beni.
She shook her head, giving my shoulder a parting squeeze and then leaving for the living room.
I was the only one to notice her leave. Malakai stared at Beni so hard I thought he was trying to turn him into stone. He leaned his hip on the marble counter top and clenched his jaw.
