Anime x Reader One-Shots!

Grell x Reader (Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler)

"Ciel, would you please tell them to shut up?" you said, casting an annoyed glance over at Grell and Sebastian.

"Even if I do, you know as well as I do that they'll ignore me," Ciel sighed.

Your close friend, Ciel, had invited you over to his manor to talk and have a cup of tea. However, another friend of yours (that you may or may not have a crush on) had invited themselves over - Grell. Pretty soon, Grell and Ciel's butler, Sebastian, had gotten into an argument.

"But Sebas-chan," Grell protested, "I'd be fabulous at it!"

"You've had no real experience with it. You've only posed as a butler before - and that was only for a moth or so. It's much harder than you'd think," Sebastian argued, looking annoyed.

"What are you two even talking about?" you asked, staring at the two. 

"Grell believes that it's easy being a butler," Sebastian said, looking like a petulant toddler.

"But I would be really good! It'd be a snap!" Grell insisted.

"Stop acting like you're two," Ciel snapped.

You gave Ciel a grateful glance as you sighed, "Thank you."

"Fine. But I'm going to prove that I'd be a great butler!" Grell declared dramatically.

"And how is that?" Sebastian sighed, sounded completely over the conversation.

"I'm going to be (y/n)-chan's butler for a whole day!" Grell said, jumping over to latch onto your arm.

"Wh-what?" you gasped.

"I'll be your butler for a full day tomorrow!" Grell announced. "And don't worry, I'll take good care of you!"

At that statement, you blushed. Grell noticed and poked your cheek, saying, "You've turned a beautiful shade of red."

"Um... I suppose I'm okay with you being my butler for a day..." you said, looking down at your lap in embarrassment.

"YES!" Grell cheered, wrapping you in a suffocating hug. "I can't wait!"

-Timeskip-

The next morning, you tiredly yawned and stretched out on your large bed. You opened your eyes, feeling refreshed.

"Hello!" Grell chirped. Grell was on all fours right in your face.

You shrieked and jumped back against your headboard, bumping your head. Grell crawled forward, asking, "Are you okay? Should I go get some ice?"

"No, I'm fine!" you said quickly, shaking your head. "But what the heck are you doing here?"

"I'm your butler for the day, remember?" Grell said, bouncing off of your bed and onto the floor. 

"Oh, right," you said, sitting upright.

You barely managed to hide your smile. You were pretty excited to spend the day with Grell.

"Would you get me something to wear?" you asked, swinging your legs over the side of the bed and standing up.

"Sure thing! One minute!" Grell said excitedly. Grell dissapeared into your closet and came out a moment later with an all-red ensemble.

"Um..." you said as you stared at it.

"What? Don't you like red?" Grell pouted.

You sighed. You couldn't refuse Grell.

"I guess I do," you shrugged. Grell left the room to let you get changed as you pulled on the outfit chosen for you.

When you left your room, Grell was waiting. Grell gasped and jumped up and down.

"You look fabulous, (y/n)-chan~!" Grell squealed, giving you another hug.

You rolled your eyes, but you were smiling. Grell suddenly sprinted around the corner of the hallway and came back with a large tray of food.

"Here's your breakfast!" Grell grinned, setting it down in your hands. 

"Thank you," you smiled. Then, you looked down and made a face.

"Um..." you said, eyeing the "meal."

It was cake with red sprinkles. That was it. There wasn't even tea to go with it.

"Thanks, Grell," you said, handing it back, "but I think I'll eat this later."

Grell took it back, looking slightly disappointed, so you quickly added, "Maybe after dinner! We could share it!"

Grell immediately beamed. 

"Okay!" Grell said with a huge smile.

"So, what's on today's agenda?" you asked as  you slipped on a pair of shoes.

"Hmmm..." Grell said, pulling out a large piece of paper, "It looks like you have lunch with Ciel and Sebas-chan... and that's all! Your day is pretty much free!"

"Alright!" you smiled. "What would you like to do until it's time to go meet Ciel for lunch?"

"Let's go for a walk out in the town!" Grell suggested.

"That sounds like fun!" you said. "Let's go!"

Once you reached the town, Grell immediately ran forward toward a toy shop.

"Wait up, Grell!" you laughed, chasing the red-clad Grim Reaper.

When you reached Grell at the toy shop, you pointed forward.

"Hey, Ciel owns this shop," you noted, staring at the large sign over it that said, "FUNTOM TOY COMPANY SHOP."

"Can we go in?" Grell begged.

You sighed and smiled.

"You're supposed to be my butler for the day, but sure!" you said. Grell leaped inside happily, and you followed.

Since Grell had seemed to have wandered off, you looked around at the various toys. Suddenly, a specific toy stood out to you - a teddy bear with a black eye patch and a pink vest (DIABOLIK LOVERS)!

Suddenly, Grell appeared, looking over your shoulder.

"Do you like that bear?" Grell asked in an unusually serious tone.

You laughed sheepishly and nodded.

"Well, I am your butler for today, so I'll buy it for you!" Grell declared. "It's a fabulous choice, too."

"Really?" you asked in surprise. You grinned as you said, "Thank you, Grell!" 

Grell gave you that signature wink and gently took the teddy bear. After running up to the counter to pay for it (getting a strange look from the clerk), Grell ran back and handed it to you.

"Thanks!" you smiled, taking it and hugging it.

"It's about time to go to Sebas-chan and Ciel's mansion!" Grell declared, running back. "Let's go!

"Wait!" you called to Grell. Grell turned around, asking, "Yes?"

You walked up to Grell, cheeks bright red. You planted a kiss firmly on Grell's lips before walking away, leaving Grell standing there with a ridiculous smile.
