Chapter 5

Hiccup POV

Well I have to say this was probably the best day ever! That is until we got back to the village.

My village looked almost destroyed men tried to fix the houses, women healing others and looking after the younger children.

"What happened?" Merida gasped.

"I don't know." I said

We landed and I saw Jack running towards us.

"They took her!" He yelled.

"Who jack?" I asked.

"Rapunzel, they took her, I tried to save her but they had a witch who made it so I couldn't move!!" He said.

"Who are they Jack?" I asked

"I don't know there was a witch, a shapeshifter, two thugs, and......Pitch."

"Pitch!! Pitch was here!?"

"Yes but I can't understand why would he take Rapunzel?" Jack said.

"I know why." Merida stated.

Jack and I looked at her curiously.

"They weren't after her, they were after me, that witch,the shapeshifter, and the thugs are a group of mystical evil creatures from my land, they hunt royal blood because all royals have a special power."

"That makes sense, Rapunzel is the Princess of Berk and she has healing powers, but wait why would they be after you unless you are a..." Jack said

"Princess, yes unfortunately I am a Princess in Scotland, okay I ran away from home to get away from my royal life and to be able to be free." She said.

Oh my god. I just kissed a princess a couple minutes ago. Wow but why didn't she tell me? And what's her power?

As though she could read my mind she stated. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you I didn't want you or anyone else to treat me differently."

"Well we still have a problem Rapunzel is still missing!" Jack said.

"I know that's why we're going to go get her, I'm Merida by the way." She said.

"Nice to meet you I'm Jack Frost guardian of fun and winter."

"I thought you looked familiar, my mother used to tell me stories about you!" She said.

"Okay so what's the plan!" I asked.
