One Direction's Tour Manager's POV

I listened to the boy's sing their latest single on stage. Liam hitting his high note effortlessly as Niall played his guitar alongside him. Harry dancing around to the beat while Louis waved to fans, while probably planning his next prank on Liam.

Just then a phone began to ring in my pocket. It wasn't mine since I held mine in my hand. Grabbing it and I saw a picture of Erin pop up on the screen of Niall's phone. He had been giving me his phone ever since he and Erin were together so if she ever needed anything she would be able to get in contact with him. She had never used it up until now. The most that ever happened was a text saying call her when he finished but she had never actually called the phone so I thought it important so I answered.

"Hi Erin, do you need something or Niall?"

"I was just wondering how much of the show is left?"

I knew what song there were on and how much longer that meant for the concert. "About 45 minutes, give or take some depending on how long they talk."

"Okay."

I could hear something else in her voice. "Is there something you aren't telling me that I should know because you never call Niall's phone?"

"Well you see," There was a slight pause, "I'm in labor," she answered very calmly.

"I'll get Niall off stage right away and have him there as soon as possible."

"NO! Let him finish the concert. I just started labor so it won't be for a while so he has time. And I don't want him to leave a show early because I don't want this to blow up. Just have everything ready so he can leave as soon as he's done."

"Alright, I'll make sure we have everything in order so he can leave as soon as he's done."

"Thank you."

"And Erin, good luck." We hung up and I went into action.

The first thing I did was sent someone to grab Niall's 'go bag'. He'd had it packed the whole we had been on tour and had all his necessity if he needed to leave in a hurry. Spare set of clothes, phone charger, wallet, passport, everything was in there. I called to the pilot of the airplane so he could get it ready to go and be prepared to take off as soon as Niall arrived.

The last thing I had to get ready was figure out how to get Niall to the airport as fast as possible. I walked outside and checked the traffic. Traffic was traveling as just above snail's pace and was only going to get worse the moment the concert was over.

I walked out a bit further to see if I could find any way we could get Niall out of here.

"Can I help you?" A police officer who had been walking past asked.

"Maybe. One of our performer's wife is in labor and we need to get him to the airport as soon as the concert is over but I'm not sure how to do that. Not with all this traffic. It will take us forever to get him there in one of our vehicles."

"Let me contact another officer and we can have him take your performer to the airport in his car. That will probably be the fastest way to get him there. Better than trying to drive there yourselves in this traffic."

"Thank you."

I went back inside and stood by the stage and watched the rest of the show. I was counting down the songs and clung to Niall's phone in case Erin called again. 45 minutes never seemed to take so long.

When they had finished the last song, all the boys continued to walk around on stage and say their final thank you's and goodnight's.

First it was Louis and Liam walked off while the others were still waving to fans on stage.
