"Glad to see Finley awake, my family should be here shortly and they'll want to hold him," Niall commented as I walked into the living room carrying Finley in my arms. "They called like ten minutes ago and they had just landed. So once they get their bags and rent a car they should be here."

"He just got changed and fed so he should be good for a while when they get here."

"I'm so excited for them to meet him." He grinned.

"I know you are, you haven't stopped talking about it all day."

Niall had gotten a flight set up for his parents and brother soon after Finley was born. He knew they would want to meet him but with him having to go back touring soon we knew we couldn't go see them and it was almost two months before we we'd be home so he was bring them to us.

It wasn't long after that we heard a knock on the front door. Niall excitedly went to the door to open it. I followed him with Finley while Riley ran ahead of me.

"Nana! Papa!"

"Look at how big you've gotten Riley," Bobby said as he picked Riley up. "I guess that can be expected when you're a big brother now, isn't it?"

"I'm the big brother," he explained.

"You sure are, should we meet this little brother of yours?" Bobby placed Riley on the floor before approaching me.

Niall's mom was currently hugging him when Bobby asked me, "So how are you feeling mum?"

"I'm good, Finley has been a fairly good baby so far."

"I'm glad to hear that."

"Would you like to hold him?" I asked.

"Of course." I passed Finley to him.

Maura moved from Niall to me. "You look great Erin!"

"Thank you."

"And Niall has been helping you, changing diapers, helping clean?"

"Yeah he has been great, helps with what he can."

"I'm glad to hear that. But if he doesn't you let me know and I'll set him straight."

"Mum, I don't think I need you to tell me to help," he complained.

I received a hug from Maura before she directed her attention to Bobby with Finley. "Now share this grandson of mine, I want to see him too."

"Oh I remember when we brought Niall home from the hospital and we had our two boys just like this. It's a magically time right now. And then they grow up and in a few short years they begin fighting and picking on each other."

"Oh we weren't that bad mum," Niall defended.

"In your opinion. I don't know how many times I had to clean up blood because of something you did to each other."

Niall moved to stand beside me. His arm wrapped around my waist and pulled me closer to his side. A gently kiss was placed on my temple. "I love you," he whispered in my ear. I smiled at him and rested my head on his shoulder before our attention went back to Niall's family cooing over our new baby.

Niall's family stayed for a couple of days before they needed to travel back to Ireland. This left us alone for the first time for more than a day. It was allowing us to adjust to our new lives as four before we were supposed to leave for touring again. The problem with us leaving was Finley had developed some minor digestive problems and his doctor didn't want him to leave until we had them figured out which meant I'd have to stay behind when Niall left.
