I spent the next week or so just enjoying being back in London. I didn’t see Niall as much as when we were on tour because he was really busy golfing and hanging out with friends he hadn’t seen since before he had left for America. We were okay with having some time to ourselves, but we still saw each other almost every day but it wasn’t all the time like when they were on tour.

However, pretty soon we were getting ready to head back to the US. The boys were performing on the Today Show and then had the VMAs to go to. So yet again I was packing my bags and heading to the airport to get on another plane for six hours. I was the last person to show up because after all the boys enter the airport, most of the reporters were gone and and I was okay with them not knowing I was there. Even though I couldn’t avoid it completely, I still tried to avoid the media as much as possible.

I walked in and found all of the boys sitting in the room they were given to avoid the public and waiting to board. “Erin! I haven’t seen you in forever.” I heard as I was engulfed in a giant hug.

“Harry, I saw you like two weeks ago.”

“I know but it feels like forever since I talked to you.”

“How about when we come home and before you head to Australia, we can hang out together. Just you and me and that way you don’t miss me too much.”

“Sounds great. I’m looking forward to it.”

We sat for about an hour more until we got on the plane and took off again. Niall and I found our seats and got comfortable. He fell asleep but I got bored so I went on a search to find someone that was still awake to talk to. The only one I found was Louis. “How’s it going Louis?”

“Fine, how about you?”

“Eh, kinda bored.”

“Well we can play some games on the iPad and hope to pass some time.” I went and grabbed Niall’s iPad and went back and sat by Louis. We played for awhile but ended up watching funny videos on YouTube.

“What are you guys doing, you woke me up with your laughing?”

“Sorry Liam. We were watching fail videos on YouTube. Want to join?” I asked him.

“Sure, I got nothing better to do for the next three hours.” He said as he looked at his watch to check the time. We sat there for an hour and a half more until the other boys woke up. Once Niall was up I went and sat back with him we landed in New York City.

As we were leaving the airport we were met with a hoard of reporters and photographers. Niall wrapped his arms protectively around my waist and lead me towards the door. I think he did it just as much to comfort himself as me because there was a lot of them and his claustraphobia was kicking in. The reporters were yelling all kinds of questions at us, some of them, quite offensive but we were escorted to the cars quickly to be taken to our hotel.

It was a long day of travelling, and when we got to the hotel we were all tired and ready for bed. I took a quick shower to get the grim of flying off of me before I fell into bed. Niall showered after me so I was already in bed when he got out. “So what’s the plan for tomorrow?” I asked when he returned.

“We have sound check for the Today Show tomorrow early in the afternoon but other than that nothing. So I was thinking we could go shopping. We need to find you some new clothes.”

“New clothes for what?”

“Well actually, you need more swimsuits. But we can get you whatever you want.”

“Why do I need more swimsuits? It’s not like I’m going to do a lot of swimming in London in winter.”

“For when you come to Australia with us, we go to the beach and stuff a lot so you need to be dressed appropriately.” He said with a smile and a wink.
